Absolutely Beautiful

I ordered 5 days ago on Society6 and I got it today. Not only is the shipping amazing, but the tapestry is jaw dropping. I got the "Little Deer" tapestry. It is the cutest thing ever! It has a lot more beautiful details in person. I got a small and it is huge! Honestly, I want to shop a lot more. It is not a bad purchase for only $33!

This is the most horrible quality product I've ever ordered online. This takes the cake! It's super thin like a light blanket. The print edges of the c's are jagged. The color is a dark blue. I can't even use this in my dog room. I want my $80 back but I can't find anyone to contact at "LuxurylivingNYC". The receipt says society6

I ordered a staple of shirts from Society 6. Upon receipt of these designs and prints, I noticed the shirt quality on the shirts were excellent. A few of the shirts had some small flaws in the print quality that was not up to par with what I would want to wear so I requested a refund on some of the shirts. Society 6's customer service handled the situation in a stellar fashion and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend trying them out!

I have never ever in my life experienced a customer service as good as the Society6 one! I ordered an iPhone 7plus case, I don't know if I choose the wrong size or there was amicus with the order, doesn't really matter, but as I live on the UK decided it is too much fuss to swap them and just asked for a refund (which was even easier than actually buying the case) expecting an endless series of questions and of course the hassle of sending things back and waiting) prepared myself mentally, but no need! I was showed a message that the refund is in progress and will take a few days, and regarding the phone case I was just advised to donate it (which I gladly will!) and just 40 min later the money was back in my account! Thank you society6. You are doing it right!

I adore Society6. Endless gorgeous pieces of artwork to be printed on a myriad different items - there really is something (well, many things) for everyone!

The prices are very fair and I love the thought of some of my payment also going straight to the artist. It also looks quite simple to use from an artist's point of view - upload your design and away you go. The "social-media" aspect to the site is brilliant, allowing you to "promote" and comment on your favourite pieces, allowing the best designs to work their way to the top.

The items themselves are great quality, and the customer service, if ever needed, is rapid and pleasant too.

Highly recommended!

Most of the products on Society6 are good, but they advertise "pillows," and when you get to the screen where you are actually ordering what you think is a pillow, it turns out you are just ordering a pillow cover. Very disappointing and not really honest.

Not only is the art I ordered just as pictured online, but the customer service is also wonderful. I had an issue with my order and they responded via email in just a few hours and all was resolved, just that easy. Looking forward to continuing to purchase from this site- supporting other artists and working with people who actually want to help you!

AMAZING!

I brought some paintings through society6 a day ago and was extremely excited but when i checked my emails in the morning i saw that they were running a new special with 15% off and free shipping. I was pretty gutted that i had missed out on this so i thought maybe i would send them an email seeing if there was anything they could do so i could get the discount as well. Within 5 minutes i had four emails from society6 refunding me the difference i had paid on each item with a lovely message from the team.

Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely shop here again!

Upon receiving a gift purchased from Society6 a few years ago, I have been fascinated by the site ever since. My wishlist has fluctuated greatly over time due to my fastidiousness, so I when I finally nailed down my order of a shower curtain and duvet cover, I was very excited to finally receive my custom product after years of searching through thousands of amazing pieces of art. I ordered during a "Free Shipping Worldwide" sale, which I mistakenly assumed meant free shipping worldwide. As a dangerously active online shopper, I am familiar with such deals and have never incurred shipping charges when promised otherwise. Approximately one month later, I finally receive my order after being unable to track it for two weeks since tracking mysteriously ended at the Canadian border. Relief that my order was not astray was promptly replaced with disappointment when I was forced to cover an enclosed shipping/customs bill for $34. Considering the cost of my order, I would never have willingly paid $34 in shipping had I known this would be the case, so I placed a customer service ticket to inquire as to why "Free Shipping Worldwide" was not so free after all.

Jonathan, the customer support representative who was assigned to my ticket, was incredibly helpful. He humbly explained that Society6's shipping policies varied widely from country-to-country (in which case, why would they offer worldwide anything, I ask--but I digress) and promptly offered me a one-time courtesy of refunding the customs charges against the cost of my order. While this is happening, I had not actually had the time to even open the package and inspect the product, but once I had I realized that the print on the duvet cover was awfully distorted. Again, Jonathan came to the rescue by helping me refund the faulty product.

Throughout the transaction, Jonathan was unquestionably polite and always responded within a maximum of three hours, which was greatly appreciated. Despite being unhappy with both the shipping terms and the product, my customer service experience was so positive that I am not opposed to ordering from Society6 again, which would not be the case for any other vendor following such an ordeal. I do recommend, though, that one strongly consider two things: 1. The shipping terms to your country; for once, read the fine print, and 2. That the art you are ordering will still look good regardless of the resize/distortion factor on large surfaces such as duvet covers, tapestries, rugs, etc.

The customer service that I have received from Society6 is second to none. I love buying products from the company, because I know I will get an amazing product. And if anything is not to satisfaction, or there is the rare case that something is wrong with the product, they are more than helpful in relegating that!

Bad experience

Ordered 4 t-shirts and were very excited when they finally arrived.
Sadly none of them looked like they did in the photos. The prints were faded, colours mixed and already cracking. This is very disappointing. Was looking forward to ordering more items but we have changed our minds after receiving these.

Love this company!

I am so happy I found the Society6 website. Their products are amazing and unique. The quality is so good and the prices are very reasonable. But the best part is their superb customer service. I ordered the same item twice (silly mistake). They handled it beyond my satisfaction. Now I have my eye on more orders for Christmas gifts.

Wrong way printing

While I've had two experiences with images being printed the wrong way (once a rug and then a tapestry) Society 6 made it GOOD with me by making sure I got what I wanted at no extra expense from me. SO good to find customer support like this!

Such great service and products!

Found Society6 through some interesting Instagram accounts. Was lucky to find that there was free postage. Bought 4 amazing prints at unbelievable prices. The choice is amazing, the quality superb. They took a couple of weeks to arrive from USA but considering the postage was free and the quality so good I was more than happy. Definitely going to order my Christmas gifts from them later in the year.
