After purchasing 2 products, both the wrong size (good one Hamish), I contacted the customer service team, asking what I could do. Expecting an address to send them back and get a replacement, I instead got a refund (within 2 days), and was told I could keep the products, which shall be regifted.
They didnt need to do that, and it was awesome that they did. Much love Society 6
On October, I received a clock from Society6. I didn't tested it until January, where I discovered it wasn't working properly. I sent a replacement request, and, less than 48h later, received a confirmation that a new one was on its way for me. I realised my address wasn't the good one, and sent an email to see if it was too late to change it. They answered the clock had already been sent, but that they would send a new one to my new address! The customer service is absolutely perfect!

I ordered three carrry-all pouches. The image didn't fit in the pouch as the preview picture in the website showed, and It was pixeled. Also the zipper gets stuck sometimes. I'm never ordering anything again
I ordered 3 prints in the beginning of December (12/10) to get before Christmas. Didn't receive any updates of my order so I decided to reach out to customer service for an update. They responded my items were shipped on 12/17 (I understand the holiday season will make orders take longer) I checked the tracking status and said it would be available in one business day... except it was never available. I contacted customer service asking if there is a tracking number available and no response. I still haven't received my order (12/31). I was only able to get a partial refund of my total from the website, so I had to contact my bank for a full refund.
I placed 4 orders a while ago (I live in the UK), after three weeks, I contacted customer support to inquire about my order. I was told my orders might have been lost, and was issued a replacement for free. The customer support, especially Brittany, always replies back quickly! That's why I always keep coming back. After about 10 days I received 3 out of 4 items that I ordered. The fun thing is, two days later, I received one item that was lost and the customer service asked me to keep it or donate it. They really are super nice and professional! The quality of their products is also superb! Highly recommend it!
Ordered some clothing for Christmas gifts - sizes ended up too small. I was concerned because it had been so long since I ordered. But no need to fear - customer service was outstanding! I ordered 2 throw blankets as gifts. They are kind of pricey however they looked like amazing blankets so I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did... they are even better than I thought they would be! They are a great size and so, so soft! I did have an issue with my order arriving late and customer service was more than helpful. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! They are awesome!
Unfortunately our package was lost intransit - likely a currier issue rather than vendor. The customer service folks were easy to get in touch with via email, quick to respond, and fabulous to work with! Not only did they send another order right away, they also refunded me 50%. When it arrived, it was not exactly what I thought it would be. I reached out and they refunded the remainder of my $.

I received a Set of 3, Carry-All pouches as a gift. Unfortunately one of the pouches had a stain on it. I asked Society6 if I could return the pouches for a refund, and their Customer Service team told me that even though the order was placed late October (I received the gift for Christmas) they would issue the refund, and even told me that I did not need to return the pouches! I am so amazed at the wonderful Customer Service Society6 has. Both Jonathan and Brittany handled my request within 24 hours, completely hassle-free. They were very respectful and courteous, and offered me multiple options for my service request that uniquely addressed my needs. I am very grateful to have dealt with such professionalism and kindness. Five stars!
I ordered an item around Christmas time. I was so excited to receive my item on Christmas Eve only to find that there was a mix up in shipping and it was the incorrect item. I, being in customer service and retail, understand that mistakes happen. I emailed customer service and explained the mix up. Imagine my surprise when I received a response the very next day (Christmas Day!) saying that they had already sent the correct item and that I could donate the incorrect item, that there was no need to return it. Most companies would have made me return the item for a refund, and repurchase the correct one. This company's speedy response and the way they handled the mix up, will ensure that I shop with them again!
My order which was a Xmas present for friends was delayed beyond estimate and wasn't going to make it by Xmas. That alone was ok, but it was getting even more delayed. Society6 said it would refund me, yet try to ship it ASAP. The package soon was shipped but tracking info wasn't available, then my friends sent me a photo of the present. It made it on Christmas Eve! Thank you for your quick action and professionalism.
I couldn't decide what to buy, because of huge amount of awesome things. Also the communication od the staff and ordering was really good and I was very satisfied a happy because of shopiing in the Society 6.
I missed the great discount sale due to a hacker and computer glitches. I wrote to ask if there would be another sale before the end of the year.

I ordered a hoodie and it was too small. I just asked the question about how to return it and was told right away that I would be refunded without having to return the hoodie for this one time only. The refund was processed right away. We re-ordered the hoodie in a larger size because we really loved the product. Now a days it's rare to get such good customer service. Very appreciated.
