Customer service is Amazing

The package I ordered did not arrive, so I contacted customer support and a new one was sent free of charge. Upon receiving this, I discovered the print didn't reflect the picture as I had hoped, so I asked for a refund to replace. I received an email informing me that they are granting me a refund AND I can keep the comforter that I purchased instead of returning it. Excellent customer service. I would refer anyone to order from Society6

Great website!

Purchased £80 worth of goods. All arrived within the average delivery time for my area, free shipping to the UK. Lovely items, just as described. They even refunded me my customs charge, as it was my first order! I can't wait to order from them again Got some late birthday presents I need to order for some people!

Excellent service

I ordered a t-shirt, which when arrived was excellent quality, but unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. They emailed me straight back, organised a refund that day and gave me a code so I could still get the 20% off when I re-ordered. Brilliant! Will definitely use again.

As an artist with an S6 store, I love the opportunity it presents. I've never had a problem with any orders that either I've placed, or that others have placed for my merchandise. (And the payment arrangements are wonderful.)

I recently received a shirt as a gift, and had to exchange it. The whole process was totally painless. The customer service was top notch, with my problem being solved without a problem. It was all resolved in almost no time at all.

I have purchased multiple items from this website within the past 3 months, and am 100% satisfied with this website. There had been some technical difficulty with my wishlist, and they gave me $25 to spend, which was so unexpected and awesome! They've been more an accommodating a couple other times as well, and I'm always impressed. Nothing but love for this website!

Great site and super customer service

I ordered an iphone case. When it came it was a slim case and I thought I needed more protection for my phone. I absolutely loved the art I had picked out for the case and was very disappointed that I couldn't use it. I let customer service know my dilemma and long story short, I was refunded for the slim case, directed where I could order a tough case and was given 20% off with free shipping on my new order!

Order confusion

I had placed an order with my amazon account. But sadly the account had tried to use an invalid card, so I updated the card details to be processed correctly. But the order was cancelled.
So I sent Society6 a message explaining the situation and my distress. As I emailed them, I explained that when I had originally placed my order there was free shipping (as I live in England), but this was no longer available.
Jonathan got back to me so quickly, he made sure I received my free shipping and further more gave me a discount code.
I am so grateful to Jonathan as I really wanted this item and I was considering not placing this order.
I am so glad I got in touch with them and will happily buy again from them. Thank you :)

Great products, amazing support team

I ordered a bunch of shirts and accidentally ordered duplicates of several. When I contacted the support team to ask about returns or exchanges, they refunded the cost of all the extra shirts and told me to keep or donate the surplus. The replies were swift and friendly and I really appreciated the hassle (and money) they saved me! Plus the shirts are great quality!

Easy and Elegant

Received a couple of comforters as a housewarming gift. One I am head over heels for (Enchanted Mountain) the other wasn't a good fit and Society6 was a customer service A+ in helping with the return. Looking forward to more purchases in the future.

I ordered a phone case as a Christmas gift for my mother. It arrived earlier than expected and was already in a gift style package so I did not open the package. I gave the gift but it was the wrong size, I selected the wrong size. I reached out for a return and ordered the correct size. They immediately responded with a refund of my purchase and asked me to donate the phone case, not return it, even though I made the mistake. Very friendly and awesome to work with.

Society6 has never disappointed me, whenever I have any trouble with any of the items their customer service swoops in to save the day. I have ordered multiple different products from them and everything has been wonderful, I once received a wall tapestry with holes in it and I let them know and got a replacement ASAP! Definitely a great company.

Love my new duvet cover

Shipping took a little longer then expected (4 weeks) but i ordered just before Christmas so probably added some delay.
Absolutely in love with my new duvet cover though! The material is so nice and the print is perfect! Totally happy with society6 and will be ordering from them again :)

Dont order from the UK

Went online to buy a cushion cover. This site came up with prices in UK £'s so I ordered a cushion at £17.99 for a Christmas present. 4 weeks later and after Christmas it arrived with a bill from Royal Mail for £11 import tax and handling fee. So if you are ordering from the UK dont be fooled by the pricing in £'s as the product will be shipped from the U. S, take ages and cost you a minimum of £11 to receive it even though the website says no shipping costs.
