We recently ordered a tapestry and were not satisfied with the pattern when it arrived. When we submitted the issue on to customer care they promptly responded the same day and immediately refunded the full price, and told us to keep the item rather than going through the hassle of a return in this case. They made everything easy and made me really want to order through them again in the future.

Great customer service

I ordered a shirt and when it arrived it was too small--I emailed customer service to figure out how to exchange it and they arranged for a new shirt to be sent immediately and told me to keep the one I already had (I gave it to a friend). Very fast and very easy, and I appreciated not having to go to the post office to send back the first item.

Wow! Had some exceptional customer service. They do things through email, rather than phone, which I though wasn't going to help me at all. But they proved me wrong! I explained my problem and the next email I got everything had been solved for me! Great people behind society6.

Wonderful

Not only is this place that offers you the ability to incorporate art in lots of delightful ways in your life while supporting artists, but it also has some of the friendliest and most responsive customer services I've ever encountered! Within less than 24 hours of reaching out, I had a response and follow up emails were replied to within a few hours. The tone of emails were friendly and they not only suggested solutions but also went out of their way to guarantee customer satisfaction. I will not hestitate to keep coming back!

Amazing customer service

When my original order failed to arrive I contacted Society 6 and their representative Jonathan responded almost immediately, offering me a choice of refund or replacement. I chose replacement and he not only processed the order immediately but also provided me with a partial refund for the inconvenience. Fast, kind, courteous, and clear communication. Wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

I want to point out the exceptional customer service I received during this particular transaction in which I was disappointed in the quality of the product vs. what was pictured on the site. I'm pleasantly surprised at the service, because it was so above and beyond. From the timely responses, to the way in which I certainly feel like a valued customer including a full refund for the product without asking for it to be shipped back. Not to mention their direct advocacy with the artist.

This makes me feel good about continuing to do business with you in the future.

Great customer service!

I did a search looking for a bear shower curtain and came across this site. I received my purchase today and the quality of the item is great.

I did have to contact customer service regarding my purchase and I received the best service. They were fast to respond and very helpful.

I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a cool items.

Excellent customer service

We ordered tshirts in large which were too big for my husband. I sent an email asking what to do and the reply was quick and kind. They let me keep the large tshirts (which I gave to my dad!) and had me order the same shirts in medium. The new shirts came quickly and fit much better. This was the first time I used society6 and it won't be the last!

I ordered a shirt in my normal size. It arrived within a week, really pretty but was too small on me. I contacted customer service for an exchange. Easiest process ever, got a fast refund to reorder and they let me keep the original shirt to donate. What company does that? They will definitely have a repeat customer! A++++

I ordered a bunch of t-shirts but had a problem with the fit. I emailed customer service and they went above and beyond in correcting the situation. This company not only produces quality products for a reasonable price, but backs that up with outstanding customer service - a combination rarely seen in this day and age. I'm a customer for life.

After finding that my wishlist and cart had been emptied, I went to Society6's customer service for help, hoping they'd be able to recover what I lost. They couldn't, but they gave me an alternate solution to my problem so it wouldn't happen again, which I have been using with no problems occuring! And on top of that- they gave me a gift for my inconvenience! I have been 100% satisfied with my previous orders and I know I will continue to be with my future ones. Customer service is so important for a good website and I believe Society6 is one of the few websites with AMAZING customer service! If you're considering ordering from Society6- DO IT! You will not be dissapointed!
