If it wasn't for David...

I had an excellent exchange with Society6 thanks to a man named David. A phone case I ordered was labeled "undeliverable" and sent back to the company, which I was pretty upset about since I ordered the case at the same time as another product which arrived just fine. Since the post office was closed, I did the next best thing and emailed Society6 about the lost package. That's when David, a true hero in the face of a whiny customer, kindly and promptly sent me a new case and made the whole situation better. Thank you David, wherever you are, and thank you Society6 for your quick response time and excellent customer service.

Amazing customer service!

I have ordered multiple items from Society6. I love the unique designs and I get compliments on them all the time. I had an issue with one order today and they made the entire refund process so pain free. I received an email back from customer service within 20 minutes and my issue was resolved within 30. I will continue to order everything I can from them!

Very satisfied by the quality of the comforter I've ordered.
Design and style out of the ordinary. Can't find something like that in stores
Delays were reasonable ( I'm ordering from Canada)
Had to deal something with customer service, their reply was quick and they dealed with my issue in a better way that I was expecting.

This Company has a great future ahead.

Society6 have great customer service. I messed up my budgeting when ordering a piece online and when it converted to AUD it was more than I had hoped to spend. Society6 were very understanding and refunded me the extra charge and even helped me deal with the customs bill. Above and beyond service and product.

Fantastic Customer Service!

I recently bought an amazing wall tapestry on Society6's website. I bought it as a gift for my girlfriend and was super excited to find the most perfect one. (They have so many awesome pieces on their site, it was hard to choose just one) When I went through the checkout process I paid full price as well as shipping, which was very reasonable for the product ordered. Later that evening I went and surfed their website again to look at more of their products and found that they had just began a new sale which included my product. The sale was for 25% off as well as free shipping. I was kind of bummed to find this sale less 24 hours after I had just paid full price and shipping for the product I bought. I navigated their site to the contact us portion and sent them a message requesting my purchase to be ammended. No more than a few business hours later and I received a message from Julie, one of their fantastice customer service reps, informing me that they had, not only refunded me the shipping cost, but they had also refunded me the 25% for the sale. I am so happy with this experience because, in ernest, I did buy the tapestry while the sale was NOT going on and, frankly, they were not obligated to honor that for me. Way to go above and beyond, Society6. You have made one happy customer, guaranteed to return again.

Not worth the money

I ordered a mug, and parts of the image on the top and bottom were cut off. There was also a lot of blur in these areas. So I requested a replacement mug, citing poor quality as the issue. The replacement I received has the same problems as the first one. So I guess, don't expect your mug to look the same as the preview.

I also ordered a tote bag that turned out okay, except that one side was printed crooked.

"Rug" Review

I ordered this rug for my baby's nursery and was so excited for it to arrive; however, I would hardly call it a "rug" (see photos). It's not even really a mat, more like a towel or piece of fabric.

Deplorable customer service! I have had a issue for nearly two weeks, yet to hear back from one of their a CS reps. Instead they keep sending canned email responses to rate their customer service. So frustrating, I want to throw up my hands.

I ordered an item for my Granddaughter's birthday. It arrived promptly and I left it for her to open on the day. Oh dear, it was the wrong color. She very graciously said that's all right Grandma, I like it. It was a bath mat with a grey and white cat on it. I had ordered one with a black cat on it as it looked very much like her cat. I contacted Society6 just to tell them this had happened. I got a very prompt reply and they are sending my Granddaughter the one I wanted for her! I did not expect this and was very pleasantly surprised. I know in the future I will order from Society6 with no qualms at all. Thank you Society6.

I ordered 2 bath mats on Society6 and 1 of them had wrong design, so I emailed Society6 and received a reply within 30 minuets, the customer service staff was very polite, and promptly organised the replacement for me.
Very satisfied with the other bath mat I got, love the design and the quality. Even more satisfied with the service, will definitely purchase from Society6 again.
