I just received my art work today and was excited about getting it! But when i open the package was very disappointed in tha size of the painting for what i paid for! The size is small but i love the artwork! I guess just have to find another to place the art on cause of the size! BUMMER!

Customer for life!

We ordered the wrong size wall hanging. Or rather made the frame for it the wrong size and needed to get the next size up after all. Customer service helped us sort out the issue within 12 hours, we were able to keep the one we have, they refunded us the first one, and made sure we had a coupon code to match the one on our first order! We felt like that was above and beyond and was totally unexpected.

Technical issues. I was about to check my order status but I couldn't log into my account. Problem solved in a day. Also the travel mug and postcards I ordered did arrive after 3 weeks and with no defects. Needless to say, I'm quite satisfied!

Great service

I have ordered from Society 6 quite a few times, and have always been happy with the products I receive. My most recent order I wanted to exchange for a different size. This was my first interaction with their customer service staff and I was very pleased. They made the refund process very easy, and the customer service representative answered my inquiry very quickly. I have always loved Society 6, and and I appreciate them even more thanks to their awesome customer service!

Society6 refunded me fully after I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case. Amazing. I asked if I could ship it back and they responded, "Keep it, donate it, use it as a gift. Art is meant to be appreciated, not returned. Please try to find them a good home."

How sweet! I gave the case to my friend (who loved it at first site), and with the refund I'll pick out a new one.

You guys rock.

I am SO impressed with the customer service I received from Society6 (David)! We ordered three throw pillows online, two which were described as having "gold" colours in them. We assumed they were going to be metallic gold but when they arrived, they were actually just a shade of yellow which wasn't what we were expecting. Quality of pillows are great but we wanted metallic gold covers so we emailed their customer service for a refund on two of the three pillows.

The response I got from their customer service made my jaw hit the floor. They refunded the cost of the two pillows, no questions asked, then went on to tell me to KEEP the pillows (as "art is for appreciation and not refunding") and to find them a good home via gifting, donating, etc! Then nicely suggested we consider donating to a charity such as Habitat for Humanity (which we will!). Wow. If this isn't customer service, I don't know what is!

Other businesses need to take note! This single experience has gained them several loyal customers and a ton of positive word of mouth (I've told everyone I know already and am so happy to be able to post this review). Best customer service experience of my life! Not sure if it'll ever be topped.

SUPER helpful Customer Service

I had a problem placing my order during the promo period and desperately needed it for a wedding present. I contacted Customer Service through Facebook and they were extremely helpful and quick and sorted me out. Not only are the products great, but the people behind the company are nice too. Could not recommend enough!

I have purchased numerous items from society6, pillows, blankets, etc - and the quality & unique artwork is amazing. Recently i made the mistake of ordering the incorrect phone cover size - society6 responded in a super friendly manner & rectified my mistake easily... highly recommend!

First of all the artistic product selection is outstanding. But besides that, this is a company that treats their customers well. I needed to exchange something that was a gift and on top of that being simple, they even let me keep the original item. Will definitely be ordering from them again

Fantastic Customer Service

I received the wrong (albeit similar) item with my original order, and Society6 handled the situation far better than any company I have worked with in the past. They sent me the correct item, and allowed me to keep the incorrect item at no additional charge. I will certainly be buying from them again soon, and I encourage others to order from them as well!

Postive returns

I was extremely pleased with Society 6 after receiving a t-shirt that had a smudged silk screen image on it. I emailed the company, and within a few hours had a full refund and no requirement to return the t-shirt. It was great way to support artists too.

Not as pictured

I bought wall art and a pillow. The wall art says 8X8 mini so I knew it would be small, but the image has a wide white border so the image is actually more like 5X5. For $18 (discount) it's not worth it. And the pillow for discounted $22 turned out to only be the cover. I looked back online, and if you read veeeerrrrry carefully it says cover, but the image and description implies you are getting a whole pillow. Again, it's about $2 worth of fabric and not worth it. Read descriptions VERY thoroughly.

Society6 never ceases to impress me with their customer service! My most recent order for 2 mediums shirts which were produced, and shipped within hours of placing my order.

The only unfortunate thing was that the medium was a little tighter than expected. However, David replied to my request for an exchange and told me he was happy to replace them. He kindly insisted I keep the old ones and also gave me a discount code with free shipping. You don't get service like that just anywhere.
