Wow! I am extremely impressed by this company and their great customer service! Recently I ordered two beautiful canvas prints and before ordering I really took my time measuring the space to ensure I ordered the correct size, etc. It turns out I didn't think to measure the depth and they visually shrunk the room way more than I expected. I truthfully am not the type of person to return things, mainly because of the extra effort and "fight" it usually involves, but in this case since it was bothering me so much I decided to see if I could return/exchange the prints so I submitted a request around 8:00pm Pacific time. I received a response within 30 minutes explaining that the refund had been processed and that I would not need to return the prints and all they asked was that if I could find a good home for them or donate them to a charity like Habitat for Humanity. This gesture and amazingly perfect suggestion just made me feel so good! I LOVE IT when a company does things like this and GETS it! I am literally still shocked since so many companies don't operate this way. Not only will I take that suggestion and donate these paintings to Habitat for Humanity but I'm going to get right back on their site and order the correct size of paintings for my room right now. I'll also be telling everyone about this when they comment on my new art:)

**Update** I literally just posted this review on yelp a few minutes ago and already have an update to my original post. I don't think I could love a company more. I'm literally nearly in tears here lol! When I first sent my request asking for a return/exchange/refund, I wasn't my usual cheery self. I'm used to dealing with cruddy customer service so I just got straight to the point. The responses that followed from the customer service rep were so kind and I was in such shock from the gesture and suggestion that I couldn't stop thanking him and the company. He replied with a promo code for me to use towards my new paintings! I told him that I have never in my life left a customer service experience smiling like I am right now.

So much love for this company and their amazing customer service!

I ordered a comforter for teen daughter. I was a little concerned what the quality would be considering I'm buying online, sight unseen, but was amazed by what we received. The print was done very well and the fabric itself is fantastic. Extremely soft and comfortable. My teenage daughter says it is the best comforter she has ever used. The only issue I had was not with Society 6 but with the shipping. I had it shipped to London, Ontario, Canada and it was over 4 weeks before it arrived. Other than shipping I'm so pleased and would recommend Society 6 to everyone.

I waited 2 and a half weeks to receive my framed prints and once they finally arrived I was nothing but disappointed. One of the prints was completely crooked! The bottom of the print is cutoff and was cut crooked. Also the frames had chips of wood missing in each corner and scratches all along the frames. I contacted customer service stating that this was a gift for someone and I do not have time to make a return I am just highly unsatisfied and embarrassed to give this to someone. They sent me a general email back with a link to make returns. Obviously their customer service did not even read my email. Do not make a purchase from this website it is a scam. These framed prints look like something you can buy for $5.00. Very very poor quality!

I bought a print through Society6 as a housewarming gift for my sister. On arrival in the UK I was faced with import VAT and handling costs which almost amounted to the price of the print. I got in touch with Society6 through their help centre and received a prompt response apologising and explaining the situation. On receipt of proof they quickly refunded both the import VAT and handling costs.
I was very impressed and would thoroughly recommend the website to others.

I order the Banana leaves by CatyArte Shower Curtain, but when it arrived the color was very much more blue than the images online show. I requested to return the item for a refund because this color just doesn't work for the room that I'm decorating. Much to my surprise, Society6 refunded my payment for the order, but told me that it's not necessary for me to actually return the shower curtain. This is great customer service! I've already shopped from Society6 again, and I've told my family and friends about this unique online art community & shop!
