$68 dollars for a shower curtain that is simply "printed" on material is Ridiculous- and I am not a price only shopper, and have expensive taste. I am all about supporting local artists, (And I Really Want the Pug exercise one), but the price of these shower curtains is crazy- I could see $40. I know how much this stuff costs and the overhead and how much they pay their artists is not adding up... and while I would have already purchased one (and I'm probably among many thousands, which would Equate to Much more $ than the few paying top dollars) I will look else where. Bottom line... WAY too Expensive! Darn it, I thought I came across something great!

Society6 = Awesome

Hello, I am a university student who has recently fell in love with society6. As many student girls I ordered a new tapestry for out apartment. First of all I accidently ordered two (whoops). After the next morning when I figured out I was charged twice I emailed Society6 and cancelled my order immediately! They were awesome! They really did respond in a very appropriate and timely manner and did a full refund. I also noticed that the tapestry had gone on sale since I originally placed my order so I asked if they would honour their current price and they did! I ended up getting an awesome discount on our soon to be new favourite house item. They are very professional and I'm super excited to order more from their site. Specifically I wanted to write this because I feel that not enough people review their good experiences. There are many online websites that have cute items but can be sketchy with shipping and pricing. I really think Society6 has awesome PR and super cute reasonably priced items! Would recommend!

Great quality and Customer Service

I ordered a tapestry and it arrived in great quality, but it didn't end up matching my room. I messaged Society6 through their customer support on their website and they issued me a refund right away. Also, as a first time customer they just let me keep the tapestry, so i wouldn't have to spend money on return shipping.

Great stuff and great service

I love the stuff I've gotten from Society6. Octopus bath mat, 4 amazing mugs. Blankets with cuttlefish, pandas and nudibranches. And the customer service - really generous about refund when my daughter's leggings arrived the day after she left for her home in England. I'm not sure what I'll get next, but it's now my goto site for gifts and for myself.

Best Custumer Support

I ordered a product from Society6 but it was in the wrong size. When I contacted them, they answered me quickly and were very understanding. My problem was fixed in minutes and I didn't had to pay big extra charges or anything.
There are really kind people and it's a very good web site to buy and promote art!

Handled a Shipping Issue Wonderfully

I ordered a wall tapestry and there was an issue with shipping. 2 months had passed and still no tapestry. I emailed Society6 with my concern and they refunded and cancelled my order and gave me 50% off my next tapestry- so I ended up paying only $17 when I placed the order again. I thought they handled the mishap perfectly and I'm very pleased. Also the quality of the tapestries are are on point. Great site.

I love society6!

I just moved into a new home and was looking for some wall art and a friend recommended society6. After finding some awesome prints I ordered them, but realized the next day that I had given them the incorrect shipping address. After they responded (quickly) to my email requesting that the items be directed to the correct address, I realized that I sent them the incorrect address AGAIN. I was pretty embarrassed, but they quickly and kindly agreed to redirect it again for me. The customer service I got was quick and helpful, and they were very patient with me (I'm sure I made things frustrating). I also received my items quickly and was in awe at the print quality. I'm so happy I chose society6, and I can't wait to purchase more for art my home!

AWFUL customer service

Low budget Operation

Poor quality when you actually purchase. Save your money. This is like a college kid trying to make money on cheap art. Product looks and feels artificial as if it was stamped out at the dollar store!

It's ok.

I have an account on society 6 where I sell my art. I still have yet to get paid. I should've gotten paid last week. I've bought the adventure phone case. Took me almost 3 or 4 months to receive it, and the screen cover made it nearly impossible for me to use my touch screen, and the plug for the charging port isn't staying in place anymore. Their shirts, prints, and blankets are good quality. But you also don't get paid much, if you end up getting paid at all. I also don't receive emails regarding sales and site discounts. If you are looking for a site to sell your art on merchandise and as prints, I highly suggest redbubble, or just opening up your own shop on a site like Shopify.

THE BEST WEBSITE

So I've ordered a couple things from here. Recently I ordered a tapestry for my best friends birthday, but it arrived more than 3 weeks later (by then, her birthday had already passed). Without even explaining the birthday thing and simply hitting a button, I was refunded the full amount for the tapestry. AND it still came in (picture is slightly blurry, but a beautiful image nevertheless!). In LOOVEEE with Society6, not only are their products great and unique but they value their customers and treat them with love and care :)

Good customer support

My order did not arrive and the customer support was prompt to resolve it. But need to improve on the mobile webpage for a better interface. Password reset option doesn't seem to work. But I am pleased for now as someome is looking into my case.
