I've placed many orders with Society6. All of the orders have been wonderful quality, although receiving some items can be a little slow (because the items are made to order), it's worth it to get a good quality original product.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size phone case, then was struggling to find how to return it to exchange it. The customer service team were fantastic and sorted everything out for me with zero fuss. Thanks guys!
I ordered a like £80 Platform 9 3/4 bed sheet as I would have needed it for my wedding party on the 3rd of August.
I ordered it on the 10th of June. It does state the stuff will be arriving at least within 4 weeks. It didn't.
I was absolutely devastated, as it would've been a background for our fancy dress photos.
I won't ever order from Society 6.
I will get a refund, luckily, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Wow, I love all of the products on the site! I think the concept is so cool. I have had good luck with the quality of products overall, but when I ordered leggings and the print was fuzzy, they immediately issued me a refund. I didn't even have to return the pants... Amazing!

I ordered three medium sized canvas prints. The quality of two were great but the third was very poor -- it looked like someone had stretched out a tiny image.
Tried to arrange for a refund via the site and when they replied they said... to fill out the exact same form I had just filled out. What the hell?
There is no other way to contact them and I'm annoyed at pouring money down the drain.
Will not purchase from them again and will not recommend them to friends.
I emailed a picture of black ink spots that were on one of my prints and they immediately sent me a new print at no cost. Great customer service and speedy!

I would love to see my first order with Society6 however, it takes three days to create (understandable) but it appears delivery will add a week or so. I got confirmation that the order shipped but the tracking link didn't work for four days. Now it looks like we may get our order in September. The link now works but states it has not updated yet. Our mistake was ordering when we were on a time line. I've never had free delivery take so long or have ineffective tracking. It makes me worry about the end product Once we get it I'll review again.
A picture I ordered got soaked from major rain storms we were having. The customer service people were easy to deal with and automatically ordered me another one exactly like it. I was thrilled to have the issue resolved right away and not have to make multiple calls and spend time on the phone.
I received a ripped print from Society6, sent a Facebook message, got a response quickly, and by the next day was informed that my replacement was in the mail, no charge! Super thrilled with their excellent service.
S6 has some of the fastest turnaround times on shirts I've seen, and also the highest quality print by far. I do miss the AA shirts, but the new Canvas is similar enough. The few times I've had issues with wrong sizes or misprints and things like that, they are always easy to deal with and help fix the issue right away. Best customer service hands down.
Got a bad zipper on a pillow. After two emails got a response from a real person- not a computer. It was great. They sent a replacement right away. No hassle. Thank you

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States.
