I had an issue with my order where the site gave me the lesser of two discounts. Most likely it was user error, but I sent an email about my issue and I received an email response within an hour. Not only a response but they credited my order with the difference. I was very impressed with the timeliness and resolution of my problem. Very impressed!
I now have 5 offers for $5 off my next order just laying on my desk. The last time i ordered a product there was no place to enter my discount code. As a result i wound up paying the full amount. I sent the company an e-mail complaining about this but got no response. I have bought a lot of items from this business in the recent past but no more! Again, they offer discounts that they don't honor. Shameful!
I ordered a Dexter throw blanket and it didn't come the way the pictured showed. Nothing horrible-just the top of his head cut off and name cut out. I emailed them with a picture of my complaint and they were super understanding. It was, unfortunately, nothing the production team could do so they gave me a full refund and allowed to keep it. I truly love society6 and this experience made it all the better.
The customer service I recently received from Society 6 has restored my faith in electronic commerce. Their staff were prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations in all regards! Without hesitation, I would recommend doing business with them.
Society6 has an amazing variety of wonderful, high-quality artist-made products, which are available in prints, shirts, leggings, hooded sweatshirts blankets, bedding & just about anything I want. I have at least 50 long & short sleeve shirts in all kinds of artist renderings & am constantly asked where I got them. I have at least 20 art prints & absolutely LOVE everything I have received from Society6, and their customer service is spectacular! The very few issues I've had in over 75 purchases have been promptly & courteously taken care of - I have never experienced the exceedingly high quality customer service anywhere else.
I simply cannot recommend Society6 any higher - they have become my go-to place to shop for a wide range of clothing, bedding & art prints.

I ordered a shirt as a gift for my husband and I was so excited about it. I waited for 10 days and the shirt didn't come, so I checked again and that's when I realized I had forgotten to mention my apartment number in the address... I wrote to Society6 and asked them if I could update my address, but they wrote back and said they would order a replacement for me. At no cost! Even if it was my fault, my mistake! I gave them the right address and they just shipped me another shirt, yesterday!
I was amazed with how professional and nice they were. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had while buying something online. They have excellent customer service and they've definitely won me as a customer.

I had a few items that I needed to replace, and Amanda from customer service replied right away and was able to help me solve things more easily that I ever expected.
The quality of the items produced is highly disappointing, the delivery took 2 weeks.
My order arrived completely damaged. Unfortunately, it was a print intended to be framed.
I requested a refund and since then I receive emails asking me to restart the request process...
On top of that; only 10% of the price goes to the artist. I paid 12euros for a poor quality print who arrived folded and only 1 euro went to the artist! 11 were for this horrible piece of paper and for paying the DHL nugget who pushed it like a bull in my mailbox.
I will never use this website anymore and will deal with artists directly.
I was amazed by the response time I received from David. I placed an order Friday night but the coupon code didn't work right. Most sites would have me wait all weekend until someone came in for Monday office hours. I got a refund in maybe 3 minutes. Shocking customer service!
Love all the items and variety on this site! Have bought several things and love that you can buy matching items from a phone case to a duvet cover and shower curtain! Love it! When I had minor issue with one item, they were quick to fix it! Great customer service!

I bought 3 items. They were better in quality than I expected. There was a slight issue with one. I told them about it and received a flurry of emails apologizing and it was resolved quickly.

I ordered 2 framed art prints and made an error on the frame style on one of them which I only realized the following day. I sent an email to see if they could change the frame style for one of the prints. I received a quick response and was notified that they couldn't change the order as it had been shipped but could do an exchange. They had already refunded me for one of the prints and because it had shipped said that I could keep that print as well! I was very surprised in a good way of course. They are a pleasure to deal with! Bonus - I have an extra framed print that will be a gift for a special friend.
As artist tried to sell here lost all week at uploading my works and my gallery just didn't display there. And my artworks were made as recommended. My accound was verified and i paid them that stupid 1 dollar commision I was really pissed of i hate that site!
I placed an order about 3 weeks ago for a wall tapestry. I never got a confirmation email and after not receiving my order after 6 days I contacted them to make sure everything was good. They wrote back, were able to track my order, apologized for any inconveience and it was in my mailbox the next day. Once I got my order I was unhappy. It was supposed to be black and gold, however I got blue and cream. I wrote them asking for a refund so I exchange my product (the order was never hooked up to my account so I had to email them) and they apologized I was unhappy and told me my money would be refunded. Best part? They told me I could keep the tapestry. Although I had many problems with my order I will still be ordering from them again. What a pleasant company to work with.
Though my initial purchase of 20 cards and envelopes was deficient in envelopes, in contacting Society 6, a completely new package of 10 cards and envelopes was provided at no cost. The cards are beautifully printed using a design by Joe P. Customer service was quick to respond. All appreciated, especially at this most special time in history. Thank you.

One one order it failed to include my message with the gift sent directly to the party.
On a second order, not one, not two, not three, but four attempts to resolve a problem placing an order were futile. Although I patiently explained the problem and how I wanted to resolve it, I felt as though I was communicating with an uncomprehending hamster staring blankly back at me. In fact, the difficulty of training hamsters to converse might explain why they don't offer telephone support.
You can hope that your order goes smoothly. But if you want better than 50-50 odds, I'd suggest that you look elsewhere.
There was a site issue and I was shipped the wrong size. Customer service was able to resolve the issue by refunding my purchase so I could place an order for the correct size.
