The picture I ordered looks fantastic. When ordering, I hadn't realised that UK Border Force would place a Customs charge on the delivery. When I questioned this with Society6 they got back to me within a couple of hours and arranged a full refund for the equivalent amount of the charge, at their expense. They didn't have to do this, but the fact that they did shows great customer focus and integrity!

I got a wrong item and at first, of course i was little pit annoyed. I thought that it would be so much hassle to get my purchase, the right one, especially because i live in Finland, Europe.

I ordered framed prints of my work from Society6 for and Art show I have coming up. The artwork arrived and of the 7 frames I ordered, 5 were damaged, or didn't have correct hardware installed. I was so upset! I immediately reached out to Society6 through their message system. I was really upset that they didn't have a phone system.
After sending my first email, I was told in a quick response (from a man named David) that I could have new products created and shipped to me at no extra cost, to replace the broken ones - I could even keep the defective frames.
I was so happy, but worried the new ones wouldn't come in time for my show. I wrote back asking if I could have express shipping. Fairly soon I received a reply stating express shipping wasn't available. I responded that I was disappointed and began asking if I could cancel my order and what the process would be for that. I stayed that I didn't want to actually do the cancellation, but I was just asking.
Next day I get an email from a new customer service rep. Saying my order had in fact been cancelled. I began to panic since I hadn't decided to do that for sure! I emailed again saying I didn't want to cancel the replacements and I was frustrated with not knowing what to do now.
The original gentleman I spoke to (named David - yay David!) got back on to the email chain and told me they're refunding my money, sending me replacements, and letting me keep the original defective prints.
I really was scared and worried that Society6 was going to not be willing to help me make things right, but from my experience, they wan't happy customers (which I am!) and take pride in the products and services. I really love what they produce and I love seeing my own art come to life through them.

I ordered phone case for my new phone, but it was not what I was expecting. In order to get my refund, I had to go onto their website and create an account, which took about 30 seconds. Then I pulled up the item, clicked that I wanted a refund, and a message came up saying a refund would be issued within three days, and that I didn't need to return the item. I have experienced some really really bad customer service lately, and this definitely restored my faith in this area. Well done.
Although the tapestry wasn't exactly what we were looking for, the customer service was incredible. There is a long list of companies that should take notes on genuine customer relations that Society 6 provides. We won't hesitate to buy from this company again.
As someone who utilizes S6 both as an artist and a shopper, I find that the site is incredibly well-designed and easy to use for uploading art, creating products for your shop, and, of course, shopping. Having an integrated blog and art magazine serves to create a brand, which seems to work incredibly hard to promote, support, and cultivate its artists. I have gained some valuable tools from the blogs artist support resources and I feel that my graphic design and marketing skills have grown significantly. The products, themselves, are great; the production quality is very high for a reasonable price... combined with frequent sales and promotions and excellent customer service, you really cant go wrong!

I placed an order through Society6 on October 1st via Iren Horror's shop. I ordered two wall tapestries. My order shipped in a prompt matter, and was delivered on October 6th. However much to my dismay, they were too big for the space I would have liked to put them in. This, of course was completely my fault since I underestimated how large they would actually be. That same day I emailed customer service to see if I can do an exchange. I received a response on October 8th from Julia. She was so kind and understanding with my situation, she actually went ahead and refunded my order, told me to keep the tapestries I have currently, and just to place a new order through the website again. She even gave me a 25% off code to use in Iren Horror's store to compensate! (this is because when I purchased the tapestries the first time, she was having a 25% off sale for the day). I really appreciate the way Julia went above and beyond in this instance, especially since the error was 100% my fault. This was my first time ordering from Society6 and I was so impressed with the customer service. Websites whom I have been ordering from for years wouldn't even think to do this for me!
I'll start by saying that I was impressed with the quality and the price was good. I just received my first order a little under two weeks ago. I was irked though that one of my prints was off by about two inches, so I had to drive all the way back to the store where I bought my frames return them and try to find the proper size. That was inconvenient, and had I ordered the frames I needed online, I would have been hooped and pretty upset. My advice would be to double check the dimensions before going out and getting frames because that hastle could have been prevented.
I've been ordering a variety of items from Soc6 for 3 years now. The quality never fails, I'm always impressed, and the speed of arrival is A+ too. The prices are very very fair too. And on the occasion when I've made a mistake and ordered a particular design in an item that it doesn't look great on... they refund my money immediately, and sometimes tell me to just keep the item to donate elsewhere. I stopped shopping in regular stores and go to Scoiety6 first. Very trustworthy.
Kept emailing and never got a response. My order never arrived. I should have known not to order from this site after many reviews said the shipping takes forever and the quality is not worth what they paid for. Stay away from this website!

I purchased 2 throw pillows for fall. They were on sale, great price and came when promised. However, the bag they were mailed in had obviously been torn in shipment and one pillow where the tear was also had black marks on it, like it had been under a tire or something. Disappointed, I got on their web page, easily found the exchange info and within just 2-3 days I had a replacement pillow. I didn't even have to return the damaged pillow! I knew it wasn't their fault but it didn't matter; they simply replaced it with no problem. You can't beat service like this! Ever! I had purchased from them before and will continue to purchase from them in the future. Amazing!
