Ordered on November 1,2017, Order #*******892 estimated delivery Nov 14,2017/ They said for USA delivery 5-10 days. Cannot get any help, no phone number, no person to find out status of order. Tracking is a JOKE! Will never deal with this company. Have now contacted my local Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of the MD States Attorney Office to file a report. I ordered something from Amazon one day ago and received it. This is DISGUSTING and STRESSFUL. When you spend your hard earned money, you shouldn't have to endure this agony and unprofessionalism! They really deserve 0 stars!

I've waited two months for my orders to come whereas I was promised a delivery within 2 weeks max, and I even reordered the items and still haven't received them. I can't even track the items, I can't stress how unprofessional this is!

You can be fearless in your shopping on this site because their return policy is truly no hassle. I get compliments all the time on my tapestry and received tons of appreciation for a recent Society 6 gift card I purchased for my daughter. I spend many hours just browsing through their site for inspiration. Their sales are also awesome and benefit the artists.

I can only recommand you ordering anything on Society. I placed several order and received them all very fast. The quality is very nice.
One item was a bit damaged (the frame) and when I noticed them, they have straight away replace it without any extra fees.
I also asked to change another item size. They cash back straight away my item and gave me back a code to have the same discount advantages to place a new order. When you send them emails they give you back a satisfying answer very fast! I highly recommand.
I've ordered multiple items and only had an issue once. The once has been enough of a hassle that I may never order another item again. They use DHL who lost track of my package not once but twice. The follow up/customer service with society6 has been ghastly. I've lost track of the number of contact's I've had to make. When things go sideways its a complete and utter $#*! storm.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item. I filled out the form but did not get a return shipping label emailed to me. I must admit I was annoyed. I had already ordered a replacement item! Then I received an email saying I should gift on the duplicate item as there was no need to return it. Such a pleasant surprise and the new owner is thrilled at having something so lovely. We both thank you. PS. I still don't know their policy on return shipping labels.

I love Society 6 and I can't get over how great a company they truly are. Their hassle free returns is no joke. There was no hassle, and I was refunded immediately and I didn't need to return the item! What? I love how artists from anywhere can sell their art and their promotion of artists in general. Any sort of design subject, they have. Like anything. I could browse all day long haha. I can't say enough good things about this site.

When I initially ordered my first tapestry and got it in the mail it looked awful it didn't look anything like the picture so I wrote to the company and requested an exchange but they gave me a refund and it took literally minutes for them to refund me then I reordered another tapestry and it came and it was absolutely gorgeous they were so quick at responding and very polite. I am absolutely thrilled with how fast they responded and refunded my money and they also sent me a coupon for $5 off my next purchase. They are an excellent company to purchase from. They also didn't request for me to send back the first tapestry they said I can just keep it so there was no extra charges for shipping to return my item. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Even though the first tapestry was a flop the second one that I got was exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was absolutely excellent.

The customer service at Socity 6 is awesome. I have bought a few things over the years and recently had to request to return an item (not faulty, just wasn't quite what we were after for our home). I was well looked after and requesting an exchange/or refund was not an issue for Society 6 at all. I was well looked after and it was a very quick and easy process. Highly recommend this biz for some rad art or accessories for your home - also perfect for gift ideas for something a little different.
