Impressionist Coffee Mugs

Great products, great customer service. I ordered some impressionist coffee mugs for my wife for Christmas. They arrived on time and looked great. For reasons unrelated to the product, she decided to return the mugs. The customer service team was very helpful and friendly and completed our transaction without any problems.

Society6 Is A Joke

Do NOT trust this company. I appreciate art and am an artist myself, they have so many prints and designs that i would love to order if they were reliable in the slightest way.

This company does not even ship out your product, they assure that it will be delivered on a certain day and do not follow through with it. I ordered a product that was guaranteed to be delivered 10 days ago and i have still not received it. I asked for a refund and they refund me less than what i paid. This company is a joke and should not be trusted, i do not recommend anyone to use them, i feel bad for the artist who do such a good job and work with a company like this. Never again.

Amazing art from one of a kind artists

I would highly recommend Society 6 to anyone. There is such a wide variety of art and unique item made personally be artists. I had great experiences with everything I ordered and plan to get more.

Great Christmas gift

Granddaughters face was priceless with her blanket that was made for her. Made her Christmas amazing. Can't wait to order again for my other grand daughters birthday! Thanks again Julia for making the experience so much better.

I ordered a package for my daughter and was told it would arrive before christmas, never did and I sent a complaint, a representative sent a reply and said it would be here christmas day their delivery company will deliver it. I knew that was a lie, it was christmas day nobody delivers on christmas day. Then I complained again, and a representative said they were going to issue me a refund since it missed my delivery window and the item would still be delivered. So I called DHL delivery and asked to see if they had a package for me still being delivered, gave them my tracking number and was told the package never left Society6 facility. They did not have a package for me and never did. So Sociey6 charged my credit card with no intentions to send me the goods I ordered. To me this is fraud and I have reported this to Better Business Bureau and to my local authorities for fraudulent credit card charges. I have also reported this to the DHL delivery service supervisor for fraud and I was told by the DHL supervisor that they are reporting this to the shipping services division that handles fraud accounts. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Like many others in the past few days, I ordered multiple items from Society6 intended to be Christmas presents because of their "guarantee" the items would arrive "before December 23." Yesterday, I contacted support concerned that my items would not arrive on time, and received a response apologizing but saying they were "optimistic" the items would arrive before Sunday after reviewing my order. Today, I contacted support again, and was finally told this:

"Thank you so much for reaching out to us and I so sorry for the confusion.

Our order cut-off for the guaranteed delivery only lasted until December 17.

We had the extension until December 19 but that is only applied for art prints, tapestries and phone cases. For anything else, we cannot guarantee it will arrive in time for Christmas.

As a courtesy, I went ahead and refund the shipping cost on these orders."

I appreciated the shipping cost refund (although they shorted me $3 on the refund, too), but my 1-star review comes from the fact that I was repeatedly deceived (first by the guarantee to begin with, and secondly by customer service's "optimism" the packages would arrive before Christmas Eve) and wasn't told my orders didn't qualify for the guarantee until literally an hour before midnight Christmas Eve (directly contrary to my order confirmation emails from them). As a result, I'm resorting to telling the intended recipients that I ordered them x gift and it hopefully will come but didn't make it in time for Christmas--far from ideal.

I don't know if this was intentional misdirection or just a communication error, but either way, this is an unacceptable experience. It's a shame, really. The independent artists selling designs through Society6 deserve better than this.

On Friday the 15th I placed an older for a Christmas gift, and their site PROMISED DELIVERY BY DECEMBER 23rd! 8 days later in NJ, I got NOTHING, and I contacted them 2 days ago to let them know that the package appeared to be stalled when I tracked it and they DID NOT FOLLOW UP OR TRY TO HELP! So now my sister's gift will not arrive until after Christmas. I hope these liars go out of business! DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Above & Beyond Expectations

Beautiful products at reasonable prices. There were a couple of small flaws - a pretty insignificant annoyance in the scheme of things -
But I still did not want to return items (because I liked them too much lol), so I provided some feedback instead.

Jonathan responded quickly, ordering replacements and processing a 20% refund, no questions asked. This was completely above and beyond any of my expectations.

Would highly recommend shopping here.

Then don't bother. They use just about the worst shipping service in existence and you will likely forget you even ordered things from them before they arrive. It's more worth it to just go in-store somewhere cool.

Do not recommend.

I bought my item on 27 November and they said that international shipping was between 1-3 weeks. I've been checking the status of my order and it has been the same for 3 weeks already. I managed to contact them and they offered to do a replacement for free. However, this item was meant to be a gift to someone and I was unable to give it to them on time. If I had known that delivery was not an assured thing, I would have just ordered from someone else!

Lost Package
December 19, 2017

They need to stop using DHL. I ordered my tapestry on the 6th... it is now the 19th. I was just able to order a replacement today because my order wasn't tracking. This was supposed to be a gift and now they won't have it on time. Also the customer service team was very unhelpful. They should have a phone number instead of just email.

I have been ordering Lyndi Lou products from Society6 for over a year. Her whimsical designs are delightful and the materials quality is great. They make great gifts. DONT BUY HERE IF YOU ARE CANADIAN. They participate in the DHL shipping scam. You Pay for shipping but then SUPRISE! You need to pay fake duty and fake fees at time of pickup. THIS IS a TOTAL scam. VERY dishonest company. Govt needs to make this criminal and we should all class action these idiots.

I ordered some scenic tapestry, its quite large, maybe 150x170 cm but the photo quality is so terrible. It is pixelated in the weirdest way. I tried to get a refund because the quality was not what was advertised but they never got back to me. So now I have a $35 tapestry, thanks a lot society6, never ever doing that again!

I ordered 10 shirts from Society6. Print quality was ok, but not very good: it feels like the picture will fade away after 2-3 washes. After washing them once and wearing them for few days (some of them haven't been worn yet) three of them are in bad condition: one has seam that came apart and two of them lost their elasticity after the wash.

I complained and got money back for these 3 shirts so service is good. I really like the art, but as items quality is this bad, there is no point to buy anything.

I had a great experience with Society6. I had trouble finding the page for the order and was wondering when my iPhone case would come, and they helped me out immediately. When the iPhone case came O realized it was be wrong size and asked for a refund. They gave me a refund with no trouble and I just ordered a new case with the right size.
(The wrong sized case was nicely made and seemed very sturdy)
