I ordered many different things in half december. It took more than a month to receive at least one of these packages and *there was customs fees to pay* - which adds almost 20 per package received: on 4 packages this is almost 80 (on a 130 purchase, basically it doubles up the price)!:(
SInce I had such a big delay in getting my items I have been refunded, but I will basically pay again for customs all that I got back:(
This make me decide that I will not make any more purchases from Society 6, it's really too expensive and stressful.
And I'm sorry, because the products quality is really good (and assistance too)
Highly recommended - not only does the website have lots of cool stuff but the customer service is amazing! I ordered an item which got lost in the post in the UK and Society6 arranged for a replacement to be sent instantly and free of charge. The product has now arrived and I am very happy with my purchase - thank you!
I ordered a duffle bag for my daughter for Xmas. As deliveries go it never made it. I emailed and explained that I had not received it and was unable to see the tracking. The response time was quick and a replacement was being shipped. It only took just over a week to arrive. Very impressed with the customer service. Definitely would order from society 6 again. Thank you.

So far, I loved every single item I orderd on Society6! It's THE place to find cool and original things that you can't just find in ordinary stores. The quality of the products and the prints is perfect.

I love looking at all the creative art work and to see it printed on everyday items is very cool! Its nice to know a purchase suports an artist too!
Items were printed as expected, clothing style and sizes were an issue but customer service resolved the issue almost immediately.
I've purchased two blankets from their website. Both are well made, thicker than I thought they would be and even more beautiful than pictured online. Their customer service is on top of things and quickly responded to my shipping questions.
I can choose from so many great designs on so many things, not only canvas but also wall tapestries and bath mats etc. and if something is not ok with the delivered products, i got my money back on the same day, will order again, thank you so much.
So I ordered a bedspread and wasn't super impressed with the print. When I emailed the help center they promptly got back to me and had refunded my order. Not only that but said as a courtesy to keep or donate the bedding. It's rare that companies these days are so prompt and make things right if you aren't completely satisfied. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
Had a problem with my shipment, it was replaced with a new one on the same day I contacted costumer service.
I ordered four items, 2 phone cases and 2 duffel bags. Upon attempting to return said items because they were not the right size I was told to keep them and I would promptly be refunded my money. They're prompt and they always side with the customer. Can't beat it! Such a great company. I've bought several things over the course of 10 years and their company is consistent in their dedication to great customer service. They also support artists and have great designs at reasonable prices.
I had problems with tracking my order and I still havent received it when I was supposed to. However, a customer service representative named Marianne was incredibly helpful and issued a replacement order immediately!

The products I ordered from Society6 were artistically beautiful and original while also being of great quality. I had to return one because I got the size wrong and they responded promptly.
Have ordered several comforters from this site. The last one I ordered was a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she opened it up, we noticed two stains on the comforter (looked like error in printing process). Asked for a replacement and got one a week later, no questions asked. Didn't even have to mail the original one back.
