I accidentally missed an item on my order and asked for free shipping so I could afford to order the item again. Society6 instantly responded by crediting my paywal account 5 dollars. It was so nice!

I ordered a phone case that arrived a little damaged and when I asked for a partial refund I received a full refund. The email response was fast and the representative was super polite. I was not expecting that kind of response at all. Im amazingly grateful and cant wait to purchase more from the company and spread the word. Keep up the fantastic work!

I order online all the time - and the service I got from Society 6 was the best service I have ever got.

I contacted the costumer service after I made a mistake with my reservation - they e mailed me back after one minute and took care of everything in no time.

I had ordered some items from Society6 a few years ago and loved the artistry and the high quality of the items. I got side tracked and remembered Society6 and came back.
Ordered some coffee cups and totes and tops. Again, pleasantly surprised with the quality and the wonderful fun, creative designs!
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size mug.
Society6 contacted me immediately. Gave me a refund with no hassle or trouble and I was able to reorder the coffee cups!
Like I told Society6, they have a lifelong customer.
I know I will never be disappointed by the products, and customer service is the best ever!

I had a bit of a mishap occur with my order where the wrong items were sent to me and when it happened I was so worried because there was no customer service number to reach the company at, only a place to send them an email from the site! I was worried that my email would get lost amidst others as I wasn't sure how often this happens (it was my first time ordering) but they answered me within 48 hours of me sending the request for my order and got it fulfilled THE NEXT DAY. I was so happy with the speed of their service and everyone who helped me, Julia, John, just everyone... they were so kind, patient, and phenomenal. I would also like to recommend shopping from here as the items that I received were gorgeous! Thanks so much for your help, S6 team!

Outstanding! Customer Service!

I ordered a pillow and thought that it had not arrived so I called customer service to follow up on my order. Without any questions, they sent a second pillow to me showing that they not only trusted what I said, despite the fact that the tracking number showed it have been delivered. It wasn't until the next morning and that my husband happened to be looking in the box below are mailbox for newspapers and found that the pillow actually had been shipped as stated. We do not receive newspaper so we didn't even think to look in that box. It really made me feel good that in a society where there is so much to see, that this company trusted me despite the fact that they had a confirmed delivery. I was able to reach out to them to stop the second delivery since it had just been ordered the previous evening but it meant the world to me that they did not hesitate to make sure that I was happy. I would highly recommend this company and products to any of my friends and family.

I ordered some tapestries, they were beautiful but too big for my small dorm room (my own fault for choosing the large size!). I was disappointed I had to return them, but Society6 made it so easy and fast! They responded in minutes, and refunded my entire order, very kind service! I will be shopping here again!

In attempting to return a duvet cover, I was skeptical once I did not receive an email after multiple attempts to reset my forgotten password (you had to log in for the refund to process to start). Once I emailed though, I got an almost immediate response and credit applied to my credit card. I was hoping to be able to write something positive and so I am following through! Navigating online sites is difficult, but this one, this time, had a happy ending! I would try purchasing from there again.

Great Customer Service Experience

I'm really satisfied with Society6 so far. I heard about them from a friend of mine when I told her I was looking for art prints for my home. The site is easy to search, and has inspired me to think of creative ways to decorate. I ordered 5 prints, and they were delivered into my mailbox. Expecting to receive a package, I thought the prints were shipped to wrong place. When I emailed, Society6 immediately sent a new package. When I offered to return the new prints, they said to keep them. I appreciate their quick and courteous response.

This site takes the cake for best customer service. I had issues claiming discount society6 was offering and I placed an email discussing my disappointment Within ten minutes my issues was dealt with and I was more then satisfied with what they offered. Great work guys. Keep up the great work I Love society6 and the customer service. Many sites I use should take notice and act more like the great people at society6 customer service division! Thanks again!

I have ordered multiple times from this website, and the quality is great. Very pleased with the products indeed. Only once did I receive the wrong item, and I emailed and they immediately (within two days) shipped my order and even reimbursed me for a customs fee I was charged with.
