I ordered a hoodie from their site. It arrived at my door (Australia) in about 3 weeks. I loved the hoodie itself, it was warm and fit perfectly, however I wasn't really happy with the print. It was a little washed out and had some very faint print lines across it. I Sent them a Facebook message with a photo and explained I wasn't quite happy with the product. I expected them to ask me to ship it back and they would send me a replacement. Instead, without hesitation they apologised and told me they had organised for a new hoodie to be sent to me ASAP with no need for me to return my current hoodie. This is exception customer service and I really appreciated their response. Based on this experience I would recommend them to anyone! The hoodie is still a good hoodie, not a terrible print job but could have been better (don't be turned off their products). I've ordered t-shirts from them in the past which have been great. Go society6!
All my communications I have had with this site have been amazing. Very quick response and their customer service operators are fantastic. Its been really easy purchasing my items through this company. Quick and efficient.
My delivery was lost for 2 weeks and no one on either end could find out where it was and what happened. Finally, the delivery service, DHL, discovered a whole pallet was sitting in a warehouse not far from where I live and all of it was ultimately then delivered. I had to do all the calling and urging all parties to search for it, no one was doing it for me. That part I did not appreciate at all.
In the meantime, Society 6, although they would not look for the lost delivery, did send out a replacement at no cost. It arrived fine. But, now I have two and really don't need the extra. I would much prefer that they research lost deliveries and sort that out.
I was having some trouble processing a refund, and Marianne was able to help super quickly. One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had.
I question if they listen. I ordered a shower curtain and the print ran horizontal rather than vertical. It was not as shown and was so silly looking with the pattern obviously wrong. I registered my complaint and was given prompt reply that it would be replaced promptly. It was with an exact replica of the first curtain. Now I have two useless curtains. There is zero quality control. I want my money back.

I placed an order and realized that the numeral portion of my address was not included. I sent an email to customer service and received a prompt response that she would cancel my order and I can reorder. My order was cancelled as told and I was able to reorder my son's back pack and include the correct shipping address. I also asked for another discount code since I had to reorder. She emailed me a discount code right away. Customer service was great. I will send another review when I receive the cool back pack

I ordered a print and there was a mix up with delivering it with USPS, not fitting in my apartments package slots and whatnot, was not left a notice on how to get the package so I emailed customer service about the issue, and was met with a swift and gracious reply saying that it was taken care of. Marianne was just so kind and understanding and made the process so much easier on me so that I could get this print by valentines day.
I have ordered a number of iphone cases from Society6 and am so careful to order the right sized one but this time I didnt. It came today and was to small. I contacted them to see what I needed to do to return it and got a response back almost immediately - they had already refunded my money for it and I was told not to worry about returning the wrong sized one - I could gift it or keep it or whatever I wanted to. Then Emilyn gave me a code to get a discount so I could reorder the phone case again in the right size! If you havent checked this site out - you definitely need to!

One of my items arrived damaged because of shipping (I believe no fault of Society 6). I contacted Society 6 and within minutes of submitting an easy online replacement request, I had a personal confirmation from a human that my order was being replaced, and would ship within the next few days. This was my first order; I will be ordering more products without doubt. Amazing Customer Service!
I have bought quite a bit of products off Society6, I love their designs & I love all of the products you can get that design on. However, I recently ordered a shirt from them in the size that I've gotten before & when it arrived, it was far too big for me. So, I tried to exchange it, but for some reason the self service wasn't working. I contacted customer service & told them the problem. They immediately refunded me the cost of the shirt, allowed me to order the same shirt in the size I needed, but they let me keep the other shirt! I gave the other shirt to my friend & am now waiting for the new one in the mail!

Only wear their t-shirts. Quality is excellent at Society6, highly recommend the tricolor blend t-shirts as they are super soft. They are the best company to deal with and their customer service is amazing. We have about 15 of their t-shirts between my husband and I and some are over 3 years old and look mint. 1 had a decal peeling a bit and they replaced it no questions asked in a matter of days. Cannot rave enough, this company is so excellent.
