Buying during a sale I bought a large size tapestry. I was kind of thinking it would be in a tube, and I think this should at least be an option. I thought the price of $72 was great but now I see how wrinkled it is and also there seems to be a convergence problem (blue edges on one side and red on the other). Also the print should appear sharper I believe though I understand this would be an "illusion" due to the large size.
It is working to cover up the antenna on the wall and I do like it but unless the artist really does get a large portion of the money I feel it is over-priced. The 72 reflected 20% off and free shipping.
I accidentally ordered a queen comforter instead of a King. I contacted society6 and got an immediate response. They were also generous regarding my mistake. Refunded my money promptly and I was able to reorder the next day. I was impressed with their customer service, I love their website and will keep visiting it in the future for my home decor.

So impressed with this website! Amazing range of cool stuff for your house and fabulous pieces of art. It took a while for the art to arrive but I knew it was coming a long way to the UK so it didn't bother me at all. I was able to track it at every step of the way which I thought was great. The all-over-print shirt I ordered was accidentally not printed all over. Given it had been winter, I didn't notice until warmer weather came. Even though the purchase was months ago, Society6 customer service handled my request quickly and professionally. After submitting a picture showing the problem, I had a full refund the next morning and an e-mail with a code so I could purchase a new one with the same discount I used on the original purchase. I was a HUGE fan of Society6 before this and am now a bigger fan. I will continue to recommend Society6, both for their cool products and their great service.

I am completely dissatisfied with the phone case I ordered. It wasn't clear on the website that I would be paying $40 for a cheap "sleeve" I would barely consider a phone case with absolutely no protection for my phone's screen. My screen has already cracked twice since I put on my Society6 case, a problem I never had in the two years I've owned my phone with other cases. Their lack of actual information on what protection the cases actually offer is misleading to customers and frankly I'll be telling other people to look elsewhere anywhere I can. Incredibly disappointing, I can't believe I wasted my money here. DO NOT BUY HERE!
I have contacted Society6 several times in the past year or so, to communicate minor issues. Once, I wanted them to know that the original packaging on an art print had scuffed it a bit. I just wanted to inform them in case they might consider a different method of packaging shipments. A second time, I wanted to inform them that a glitch on their site had erased my wish list. Small issues for sure! Both times I recieved prompt, considerate responses as well as compensation for the "damaged" print (even though it wasn't too badly damaged). Recently I contacted them to ask if I could buy a frame from them for an oddly sized print. They went above and beyond to make me happy. When I say "beyond," I mean it! Over the top excellent customer service! Not to mention that they sell beautiful, high quality art prints and other awesome products, and they support independent artists. I don't know when I have encountered such a cool, honest, outstanding company/website.
I have to say I´ve been a client of Society 6 since some time, and unfortunately the customs in Mexico charged me way to much on my last order... And society 6 refunded me those costs, they were super fast with my request and they acted super professional. Great job!
