Everyone knows that not everything in life is perfect or goes as we plan, I ordered my octopus bath mat from Society6 and when I received it I noticed that there were some unusual looking stains on it, so I sent an email to this company and within a few hours I had received an email back stating that a new mat was on its way to being shipped to my home at no extra charge and they didn't even want the original mat back! This is amazing customer service and I can't wait to order something else from them!

I was looking for an abstract piece of artwork for my salon. I decided to buy a canvas abstract by Bam Wilcox. The tiny picture in the computer didn't do it justice. It is a beautiful "zen" piece with soothing colors and well thought out by the artist. It took a while to get here, but it is definitely worth the wait and the money I spent for a canvas.
I hope I can actually get it autographed by the artist one day.

I was disappointed in the printing of an item I had ordered as it was not as pictured on the website. Customer service was extremely helpful and nice, and offered to refund my money, but better, they had it reprinted correctly and got the replacement to me quickly!

At this point, my partner and I together are building a collection of 10 and counting t-shirts from Society6. We love the art and the quality of the shirts is excellent. Right away, they have that extra soft "favorite shirt" feel. Also, the service is phenomenal. We got a shirt in that we ordered in too small a size, and within minutes on a Friday night, Society6 support set us up with a refund to re-order the shirt in the correct size. No hassles, just wonderful service!
Ultimately, the design I wanted on a shirt had a flaw so it would not print right. However, the customer service promptly tried to reprint it (no questions asked) and they refunded the money (quickly, no questions asked). They were helpful and pleasant. I'll definitely be placing another order.
