Considered it as a trusted e commerce. But after a recent shopping I lost it. Recently I shopped Maybelline colossal kajal super black a combo of 3 for 326, the original price was 900, so it was a lucrative deal & I grabbed it. But after getting the product and using it I was just felt like to react only.The product was worst ever.It demanded 16 hrs intense, but could not stand even for 1 hour. I have used the same product buying offline & can guarantee that what snapdeal delivered me I not an original product. Very much upset by this kind of fraud.And the packaging of the product is so original that you can not get a hint before you get to use it.

I bought a HP15 ac101TU notebook through snapdeal. There was that back to campus offer of extending warranty with some accessories at a discount payment of Rs. 1500, as per snapdeal and hpshopping.in/btc2016. I did all the required formalities including the payment. It has been more than 5 days, I got no clue of the offer. When I mailed to the redemption cell... one of their executive replies with some offer charging me some Rs. 5000. I am feeling like being cheated. Snapdeal... you only advertise for their offers or even care for that service is reaching to the customer or not... I saw the ad of offer at ur site... so you hold equal responsibility for this torture.

Please dont purchase from snap deal. I have applied for refund a month back for a park avenue tshirt. They says they didnot receive it back as it already picked by the courier a month back. I call the customer care so many times. First they were telling that they got the item due to the system error its showing "pickup failed" and i will get my refund within four days. But nothing happened. When we call the customer care theyalways says you will get a call regarding this issue in 24 hrs. But it never happens. I lost my 480 rs and i spend at least 150rs in this one month period to talk to the customer care. Very PATHETIC service. So please remember while order anything from snapdeal there is no chance of refund.

Their customer service is the worst in the world! My cellphone cover replacement still hasn't arrived after almost 15 phonecalls! Same scripted messages all the time! Hate you!

Snapdeal not only has no ethics but also have a pathetic customer care centre. First, they delay shipment by more than 3 days, then in spite of 3 reminders, nobody from customer care contacts you, then they unilaterally close / cancel the order without so much as even informing or calling the consumer and finally when I got through to their customer service centre, they refused to even entertain any grievance but rather just said that they are legally entitled to do anything! I wonder whether they are closing down or being sold out... sooner the better!

Dear All friends I would like to inform you All to don't buy from SNAP DEAL its a most terrible cheating company in the world
I order from Dubai one baby bike (order no*******513) there is no cash on delivery option. When I order online first they want money from us, Its ok I accepted and I paid by my Credit card the Indian rupees of 7099+delyvery charge 100 total 7199 Rs after 12-05-2016 I received this product same time my wife open the packing plastic All damaged bike wheel missing she was sucked she inform Me I call from Dubai to SNAP DEAL they told Me I am very sorry sir were apologise we will replacing your order and we will send new bike as soon as possible
The message from them is:
Your replace request is being processed (Ticket Id: *******)
Item will be picked up. Keep the item unused and packed with original tags and brand packaging. I call from Dubai every day to snap deal they telling don't worry sir we will take the Protect still nobody taking this garbage.

I ordered a product on 3rd May in Sale and snapdeal cancelled it on 7th May. I asked for the reason and the executive advised me to place another order on 8th May. I did it as advised and guess what. It again got cancelled on 13th May. I escalated it on twitter and they again advised to place the order. I am so stupid that I again placed the order on 14th May and thought to give another chance to SD. Guess what... It again got cancelled on 18th May.

I waited for 18 days and I missed so many deals in between.

Pathetic is the word for SD customer service. They didn't tell me the reason till date and do not even have a coutesy to atleast offer me an alternative in a decent price.

Poor service. They have lost a regular customer.
