I purchased lakhme orange edge lipstick and also Lakme wine lipstick 9 to 5 its worst product which they delivered. It's delivered fake or local product and I also purchased urban decay naked 3 brush set and it also very bad quality and they show blending eyeshadow brush in photo but I not received it in box instead that they send it flat eyeshadow brush. Lakhme absolute peace duo Blush it's also fake in photo it seems two different shade but in real it's not same and quality is worst. So I never recommend to anyone for buy online beauty products because they charge us like original products and deliver fake... Worst experience
I had return the item on 20th June now my refund amount is pending with snap deal they have picked up the items and it's been 2 months that they have not refunded my money.

It all started when I wanted to buy a DVD for my Xbox One Gaming Console. I usually go for Sites such as Flipkart or even Amazon. I decided to try Snapdeal out for one time and believe me, it was horrible. It was going well until it reached the nearest hub(I have no idea were that is). Next day it said it was out for delivery(I'm a guy who tracks all my orders). I was quite excited and decided to stay at home to purchase it. But no call or anything came. I was quite disappointed but it had happened to me one time with Flipkart as well.It said that the first delivery attempt failed. Next day same thing happened. And after that as well. It said that all delivery attempts were failed and order was canceled. Snapdeal Suck soo bad. I'm sure it was the fault of the courier as they were not even trying. They couldn't give a $#*! to call me. Stupid freaks. Never buy anything from Snapdeal if you are not from Mumbai or Delhi or Kolkata.
I am requesting all, please do not buy any thing on snapdeal, they will make easy money by cheating customers, i have purchased iphone 5s 16gb on snapdeal and I returned it dew to some problems in the mobile, they picked up the product on 30th of august and till now I didnt get my refund and replacement, now they are saying we will not give anything refund or replacement or the product which I return back to them, they didnt have any respect towards customers money they are looting the money of customers. They must change their caption'"DIL KA DEAL" to "CHEAT KA DEAL". Snapdeal is one of the worst online shopping center. I had purchased a Samsung phone from snapdeal few days back. I got the phone on time but it was faulty one. I complained to snapdeal about the batery issue and they sent an engineer who checked in front of me n said yes the phone has batery issue and when I contacted snapdeal they said that the engineer said there is no issue with the phone. I had paid 16k for this faulty phone. They say you go to the service centre for this problem. So using the phone for just 2 days and I already have to fix this phone? I wasted my money and energy for this pathetic service and faulty phone.
This the worst online shopping experience i have ever had. If the product was working properly i wouldn't have complained for it.

I have not seen such a pathetic logistics service till yet. I never expected this poor service from Snapdeal. I purchased one product under Snapdeal Gold Offer and my pin code is *******. As per Snapdeal Gold Offer, my product should be delivered by next working day. But its about 5 days not delivered yet. Hence fully dissatisfied and would not like to recommend snapdeal to any one.

Worst customer services I have ever experienced, my wife has ordered THREE Gifts by meeta combos (rakhi, mug, greeting card) for her brothers on the eve of Raksha Bandhan on 1 Aug, to be delivered on her brothers address, but have received incomplete combo, a greeting card was missing on one combo, and complete different card was received for another combo, called up customer services and raised the replacement request, replacement was done for two combos, But again on 16 Aug the replacement order that has received contained the same product that have returned back couple of days ago. Called up customer service to raise complaint in regard to same but however agent has again raised return and refund request for those two combos without our consent, for which we have received message on mobile. Considering 18 Aug was Raksha Bandhan day we called up and told them clearly to cancel the refund request as it would result in one brother having gift and other two will be left with nothing.
To our surprise next day courier guys went to her bothers place and took two combos and refund request was initiated even after telling them clearly to cancel the same.
This left us in very very embarrassing position after which I called up customer service to speak to supervisor but every time I call them operator would advice that we will receive call from supervisor next day, it continued same for one whole week wherein I call them and they promise that i would receive call next day.
However after 1 week i was able to get in touch with one of the supervisors (yes i called them, not they have called), she had no answer for the same and just kept on saying only one thing all over the call that I am sorry and I am sorry.
I am sure they don't have any complaint procedure in place to handle customer service, worst customer service, will never ever use Snapdeal in my entire life and would recommend same to my friends and relatives. Now I know why Snapdeal is loosing market share because of their customer service and because of their Poor Online Line Reputation management.

I'm a student and it is very difficult for me to earn money, money matters me a lot. Snapdeal is one of the worst and full fraud company. Snapdeal.com cheat customers with collaboration of free charge.com. I purchased antivirus from snapdeal but the product was not working, so I replaced the product. But I have not received my money back. When I call customer care they said me there is technical a problem with your account we will resolve it soon. After one month I got a mail from freecharge.com that your money will not be refunded if you will not spend it within 7 days. Again I call snapdeal customer care, again they said me there is a technical problem with your account, we will resolve issue within 7 days. At the end I lost my money, snapdeal.com cheat me and fraud my money.

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
