Ordered a pair of glasses with ultra thin lenses. They were ready below one week. Price of lenses is marvelous, speed.of the delivery and the fact that it's for free only adds to it.
I ordered some times for several years and this year i found that the quality of service and speed of delivery have been approved. If need more sunglasses will make my order here again.
I am a very happy customer because I ordered my glasses with no problems and I received them very quickly. My glasses arrived faster than I had expected them to arrive and the item I ordered was even better than I had expected and there were items included that I didn't even know was coming like a nice glass case and a nice gift bag that could have been used if I were giving them away.

This site had exactly the glasses I was looking, which I couldn't find at Sunglass Hut, Debenhams, John Lewis and even Selfriges in Oxford Street. Cheaper than everyone by more than 30% from the prices I'd seen. I ordered them and they arrived very quickly, and exactly as described. They're a pair of Persol 2720 and I love them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Seriously, I purchased sunglasses from them and they took money. I got an email telling me that the order was on hold until I sent them PHOTO ID! I told them no way. I asked for money back via email and was told 3-4 days (THEIR TELEPHONE LINE DOES NOT WORK!). The money did not appear. I was then told by email it would be 10 days. Now nothing. I phoned visa to complain and after 3 WEEKS there is no payment pending into my account. They are CROOKS! DO NOT BUY. All the good reviews are obviously put in by themselves!
I purchased the Ralph Lauren RL6135-5003 - size 54 | Frame Only. After several weeks of waiting, they finally emailed me with the following message:
"There has been a delay in restocking this item. It may take 1 to 2 weeks before arriving at our distribution centre. Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused. We recommend changing to the following hand-picked in stock alternatives with a 5% discount."
My view is when doing an honest business, you never ever give assurance to your customer when you knew that you can't deliver it! Online, it was indicated that the item is in stock' and that the item will be delivered within 5 business days. That's a big lie. You dont have the item but you claimed that you do have it in stock! When in fact you dont! I read loads of bad review about the SmartBuyGlasses! They have now cancelled my purchase and informed me that my refund is on its way. I hope i really will get a full refund. Otherwise, i will not hesitate to lodge a police report and file a complaint with the International Consumer of Product. I am a genuine buyer and too bad, you have lost my trust.
I ordered a Adidas frame on SmartBuy Glasses. It take a week it arrives, every time I emailed the customerservice about the order status, they gave a quick response. My son likes the frame and it is in fashiion and good quality. A nice buy!
I sent my order my lenses 23rd of January, they didnt even contact me and told me that my deliver will be delayed I found out by sending them several emails. They offered my 5% discount and on the 1st of February they told me that they would have the lenses within 2-4 days and they would take 1 day with DHL to reach me. I explained several times that I didnt have any other at home and said I could cancel the order if they didnt send them within those days. They said they would and gave me 10%. No on the 22nd still no lenses and no word from them...

I ordered at smartbuyglasses because of the interesting price. The delivery took ons week which was also what is mentioned on the site but I still hoped that it would Be faster.
Horrible experience with this company they have given me the run around for over 2 months first they shipped me the completely wrong pair of glasses than i returned them only to be told one excuse after another for the last month and a half all i want is the glasses i have ordered but it seems impossible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Everything was fine, the product seems to be original and the lenses are pretty good quality. The only inconvenient was that my package arrived 2 or 3 days further then promised. Thanks!

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
