Glasses were as described, so no problem at all.
Delivery took one month and customer service where answering my mail calling me by a wrong name, which is not professional at all.
Took about 4 weeks but glasses arrived as ordered. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THEM COMING FROM HONG KONG - I am a very loyal America Only shopper and feel that I have been mislead - nowhere on the website does it state that we are ordering from an international company. No contact or phone # on website which should have been my first clue - lesson learned - check in the future.

Ordering was easy. Ordered prescription sun glasses and they are great. Lenses are just perfect and stylish frames. Only slight minus for delivery, took nearly two weeks from dispatch.

Just used this company for the third time. Multifocal contact lenses at half the price of the high street. Easy website and fast delivery within a week with tracking.
I received my glasses in PERFECT condition, after all payment was cleared due International Bank transactions, they took about 2 days on arriving. I did not know they were coming from Hong Kong, but all arrived in perfect conditions, including a cleaning kit, I LOVE THEM!

My glasses came basically on time and fit well but I found dealing with UPS to be a real inconvenience. My order was scheduled to arrive a little later than I had thought it would and as I was in the process of moving I had to call them to change my address. This was fine but when I was talking to them they told me my package would arrive on a Saturday. Since I had to pay a $15 duty fee (which I didn't know about until UPS told me) someone had to be at the house to receive the package and pay the duty or they would send it back to Italy without holding it at their distribution centre. I waited all day Saturday but it never arrived and when I called, the rep told me that they didn't have a Saturday delivery service and whomever I had spoken to was misinformed. I therefore had to wait another day at home for the package to arrive. It was a total headache. Again, the problem wasn't really with Smartbuy but with UPS, although take note that there may be a hidden duty fee.

I waited forever for this order being promised by Smart Buy Customer service that they were authentic and new, as well as on their way, even discounted in price. They then blamed the manufacturer, Etina Barcelona, saying even brick and mortar stores couldn't get the specific color and style I ordered that they are waiting on manufacturing. I emailed Etina Barcelona directly to inquire on manufacturing and they said that Smart Buy is not a customer of theirs. They also said that the sizes of the frames listed on their site are not the sizes they make. This means that Smart Buy is selling fakes! Do not get scammed by this company!
