I just received my order for my SPY sunglasses! I AM SO HAPPY THEY CAME IN 5 DAYS AND THEY ARE JUST ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Before I made my purchase I was absolutely annoying and emailed the customer service people about all the typical concerns that I had after reading the reviews (authenticity, availability, shipping, etc...) Have returned glasses a few times. One time it was the wrong colour, another time scratches and things like that. It takes too much time to return and get a new product. And its way too expencive and way too tricky to return it from Norway. When you have to pay the return cost yourself its too much trouble and money. You should offer free return and a notwegian returnadress at least.
... very happy with my results... am an optical trained person and have checked out the glasses with Great results... the lenses were perfect, made as thin as possible, the curves helped contribute to these results, the anti reflective coating is of high quality, and the polycarbonate material is wonderful... my initial reason for using Smart Buy was the frame price but when I found out the lens price I was surprised... during the initial order process, a few days later I changed the prescription Without Any Problem. My changes were acknowledged and followed. All standards were followed with respect to quality standards & results were also enclosed with my glasses & cleaning kit. Ordered two pairs of glasses, first pair arrived very fast and well on time, second pair took al little longer than promised week and a half but arrived in good condition!

Really not happy with 'SmartBuyGlasses'. I wanted to try this new company for a change and buy my usual lenses there but minutes later from my payment I realised what a silly idea this was!
1) Their location. When you buy from their UK website you expect their location to be in the United Kingdom instead they are actually based in GIBRALTAR! Basically in Spain! At least on the map. Shocking news as their mail postal system is awful and very SLOW! This is not shown anywhere on the website of course. You get to know it only after the payment is sent by the name and location on the confirmation email. Should have looked at the reviews here! This is why people are waiting 6 weeks for their orders to arrive. Beware of their advertised ''fast shipping next day delivery'' as it is only reserved for their designer high cost glasses frames ONLY and not for standard lenses or other products.
I was in a hurry to get my lenses urgently and now have to wait ages for them. Not a smart buy at all! 2) Their website is awful and confusing, you log into their UK website and you get transferred to the one in the U.S. A
3) I have made two orders, one by mistake because they automatically transfer you to the one in the U.S. A so now I`ve got two payments booked in my bank account causing issues. You cannot cancel the order unless you phone them in Gibraltar! The email option is useless as you will get someone that does not understand your simple request, example a second order made by mistake. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE THEM! Unless you are ok with the crap service and the slow shipping.
