I was happy to see SmartBuyGlasses had the Diesel frames I was looking for---at an incredible price!
My parcel was packaged with care and SmartBuyGlasses threw in cleaning solution along with a cleaning cloth for my new frames.

I placed my order on 2/5/21 for a frame that was a "fast ship" 1 day plus 3-5 more business days to install my lenses. I never received any follow up emails that I had even placed an order with them after payment.On 2/15/21 I emailed customer service inquiring about my order and was told 3-5 more days at that point. Today on 2/22/21 I emailed again and the customer service representative asked me to confirm my PD which Was already provided with my script So basically they are just buying more time and haven't even been started yet! I'm starting to think this company isn't legitimate and I'm being scammed. I just want my money back and it looks like I'll have to contact my credit card company for a charge back to get it because I already told customer service if they couldn't tell when they would ship to just refund the money and cancel my order but she didn't.
Bought a pair of Ray Ban prescription glasses, delivered in less than 1 week to my door in Sweden. Half price of stores and exact same quality. Very happy with my glasses, highly recommend!

I ordered 6 packs of Dailies AquaComfort Plus (30 Pack). These were on the thin side and broke down the middle easily so will consider trying another brand next time. Delivery was quick. Well done!

Buyer beware!
Ordered sunglasses showing to be in stock. 2 weeks later - nothing. So had to chase the order only to be told that distributor had run out of stock and they had no idea when they'd be available.
This carried on for a month until Id had enough and cancelled the order completely.
I put it down to bad luck and believe in giving second chances, so ordered another pair and specifically asked if glasses were in stock before I placed the order. I was told they were 100%. And guess what, the same thing happened again. In total almost 2 months chasing shades that were never in stock.
In the end I had to rely on good old eBay to get them shipped in from the states to the UK.
SmatBuy will tell you that it's out of their hands and that stock levels are governed by the distributors. That's frankly unacceptable as customers we purchase in good faith from the smart buy website. They should know stock levels and make sure to confirm an order can be completed BEFORE customers spend money and waste time chasing due to an obsolete system. I'm afraid until they rectify this, I would urge you to stay clear of at least understand there is significant risk you'll be waiting a long time, or will have to order something else.

I ordered my favourite coloured contact lenses. I bought them at a very good price here and they are really punctual as to shipping the orders! Very good experience!
WARNING - DO NOT TRUST SMARTBUY GLASSES! I emailed them twice to confirm if they have a pair of glasses I want. They confirmed that they have it in stock and that it was not on back order (I even have the emails for proof). I purchased the glasses and 2 days later I noticed that I did not receive a tracking number. I checked and they did not even process the order. I called them and they said they don't have the product in stock. They told me they need to go out to one of their Italian distributors in Italy to get the glasses. I had to call my credit card company and stop payment.
If they were a legitimate company they would of been honest and told me they didn't have the glasses in stock. However they want you to pay for it first and then they'll go look for the glasses. BTW - you're payments are made to somewhere in the United Kingdom.

I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical when ordering from SmartBuyGlasses. The price seemed too good to be true, but I went ahead and purchased a pair of Persol eyeglasses based on other positive reviews I read. I received the eyeglasses today and they are authentic. I am so happy with my purchase. Throughout the whole process I received updates on my purchase. (Sure, it will take a bit longer than something like clothes, but they don't keep all those glasses in stock. From a business perspective it doesn't make sense to keep stock of all those products that someone might buy one day. Keep that in mind.) With that being said, my package arrived quicker than expected. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and with a nice touch of tissue paper carefully protecting the lens case like I had just bought it from a high-end boutique. It came with the eyeglass cleaning kit, as advertised. I would definitely recommend SmartBuyGlasses to everyone looking to buy authentic eyeglasses at a reasonable price.
Do not do business with SmartBuyGlasses! I ordered a pair of NIKE prescription glasses and received them in a GUESS carrying case and the company has not been able to resolve the issue by sending me my NIKE carrying case. I've sent/received a dozen emails, sent/received a dozen emails, but they will not call or provide a phone number so BUYER BEWARE!
Secondly, my high index lenses have numbers, symbols and letters etched into them that you can see if you hold the glasses up in natural daylight... again trying to return/exchange is an uphill battle with this company. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! US*******622G
Purchased a pair of Bottega Veneta sunglasses after three months the lens fell off because the bolts holding them worked loose, I asked them for replacement bolts they told me they couldn't and wouldn't help me replace the bolts, and it wasn't covered under warranty. Completely unhelpful.
Horrendous, awful, atrocious--think of all the negative adjectives and they will apply to this retailer.
I knew I would end up regretting buying from this website but because they showed a pair of sunglasses in stock that I really wanted, I risked it. The first dead giveaway that this would be a nightmare was the fact that they had every pair of sunglasses ever made listed as in stock on their website--whenever you see items on a website that are discontinued or over 3 years old, it's most likely a bait-and-switch operation, as Smartbuyglasses.com is. I ordered a pair of sunglasses that were already 2 years removed from the shelves, I made them confirm that the sunglasses would look EXACTLY like they did in the picture, a Chinese guy in broken English responds saying they confirmed with the manufacturer that they were exactly like the picture. I wait for a month and half before they finally arrive, they are of course not as pictured on the website. They then make me take a picture of the sunglasses to prove it, refuse to pay return shipping (even though they sent me the wrong item), and then, after receiving my return, act like they never received it and made me hound them to issue a refund. The whole time you are dealing with someone in China.
The only thing I say as a positive is that the sunglasses did appear to be genuine.
I beg you to not purchase anything from this website. They are horrible and you might up having to deal with a huge headache like I did.

Sir... as I stated in my email... there were 3 orders I received with no Lens kit that you valued a $25 each!
"if you are not interested in a partial refund compensation" I was interested in a partial refund... but the 5% you offered was not acceptable... especially after missing 3 kits and the fact that you offer 20% on a daily basis on your web site!
"For your concern of our charity program" Sir... when someone receives 3 orders of glasses over a 3 month period... and your answer was "Unfortunately our warehouse informed me they ran out of lens kits". The problem is you sent me 3 orders missing the (C$20) kits without even mentioning that they were missing! This was either bad business or someone trying to get away with something... I had to take time to write a complaint... and this is why I question your charity program...
And I am still waiting for an acceptable compensation offer.

I have ordered lens since August 2ND, and still not have been delivered, I have sent emails to get updates, no answer, the only people I can talk with this company is by the chat, but each time they say I have to wait 24 hours, that they do their best, But finally nothing changes, I have paid 196 euros, and nothing,,,,, nobody cares in this company, they only get your money. Yesterday I told them I want to cancel my order and get my money back, I was supposed to receive a message to confirm, nothing! They take your money and then don't care; I really don"t know what to do; it is a huge amount of money; and I need spend more to buy lens in the next day.

I purchased a set of Ray ban Carbon fibre edition glasses. After a LENGTHY wait they finally arrived and with a faulty protective case. After contacting "Customer service" and having to send over pictorial evidence of the damage they reluctantly sent me out a replacement case... after another LENGTHY wait it arrived... and whenit di it wasnt the correct case for the glasses! Again i contacted customer services (with pictorial evidence) to inquire and to arrange that the CORRECT case be sent out... another arrived, you'll never guess?... INCORRECT CASE! To my disbelief this happened a further time! So i now have 1 damaged case and 3 completely different cases that i have no use for... DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER. The only attraction was the marginally reduced price, i now know why it was cheaper... Save yourself the hassle, use a popular, proven site and pay the difference people.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
