I wait more than 20 days and send a mail. And finally they said they have delay. If i didn't send the mail than they won't send the mail to inform. And the website said its gonna take less than 14days. So wrong information. Don't believe this site.
This is the forth time I buy from SmartBuyGlasses and I will do it again. They help you fast and kindly if you need them, at least here in Spain and the product is always very well packed and in mint condition.

I ordered a pair of Ray Ban rare prints special series that I had seen elsewhere for £140 but this website were doing for less than £100.
I must say I was reluctant and after speaking to customer service I was even more reluctant, had I read some of these reviews before hand I definitely wouldn't have used them, but thankfully I did go ahead.
I must say they took longer than expected to arrive but when they did arrive I was over the moon with them. They look genuine to me and my friends and I have recommended this site to my friends.
I will definitely use them again, am planning to order again next pay day, and I hope to be completely satisfied again.
Order process was straightforward, and product shipped in expected timelines... was worried when it shipped from Hong Kong, the land of counterfeit goods. Glasses looked real enough, the two things that didn't were the soft case which is obviously not authentic - I have a real one and side by side you can tell the one from China is a cheap knockoff and the box was a slightly whitewashed printed version of the real deal. I wouldn't buy from smartbuyglasses again.

As someone who does all of my shopping online and has never written a review before this experience was the WORST I have ever had. Took me 4 hours to even be able to process my payment due to their website blocking my card which had nothing to do with the available funds-their website only worked on a specific browser. Their customer service reps service reps were rude and did nothing to rectify this inconvenience. Once I finally placed my order, 3 weeks went by with no emails or updates. I called to check and they didn't even have the frames yet and informed me to get the frames could take up to 2 more weeks and to put the lenses in when they did arrive would take ANOTHER 2 weeks. This is already a total of SEVEN weeks. When I asked for them to overnight the glasses to me once they were ready TWO MONTHS down the line, they told me they don't do overnight shipping. I cancelled my order as I cannot wait two months to be able to see.

It's true that smartbuyglasses is not the fastest service :), but I didn't find it to be unreliable at all. My order also wasn't 'in stock' so I had to wait a bit, but I was being informed constantly about the status of the order, which was then shipped by a courrier at no charge, and I was also offered a 10% discount on a future order. I would say that if you're not in a hurry to get your order, the excellecnt prices make the wait worthwhile. Happy police eyeglasses owner :).

I went along with the online photo, when it arrived it wasn't the model I ordered. If I would had wanted to change the model I would had have to pay for the shipping back to SmartBuyGlasses. I had always used 1800-Contacts and thought I would try a different vendor/site. Glad I did, fast service and good price! I will continue to use SmartBuyGlases for my contact purchases (I have 4 people in the family I buy for)
In generally i am pleased to shopping from your site.
But i got a problem because of the invoice... the amounth of the invoice was too less, so the product pause at the customs. Then i solved the problem with sending original invoice...
In conclution, i suggest you that dont write too less amounth on the invoice. Turkey Customs allows products which is cost of up to € 75... if the price pass €75, there is a tax problem..

Great website and customer service! I don't see why anyone would complain, however shipping time did take a while but its understandable. I ordered a pair of frames, received them in about 2 weeks. I got a case, and an extra gift in with it which was some cleaning spray and a cleaning cloth and I think that's it. Unfortuneately the color of the frames didn't go with my complexion so I shipped them back for a refund in which I knew that I would have to pay a 20 percent restocking fee. They received the frames and received a credit within 3 days. I did have to pay to ship them back and pay a restocking fee but a business has to make their money somehow or they wouldn't be in business. I would buy from them again!
