I have ordered Persol readers and sunglasses so far, both arrived pretty quickly, email notifications are good and accurate, products are definitely original in case that's of concern, I have just ordered another pair of sunglasses, Persol again and this time with prescription lenses, I don't have them yet but email notifications and confirmations have been received and accurate. I didn't know the glasses would be coming from Hong Kong but actually the ship time is less than some stateside online suppliers and service way better.
Despite being called Smart Buy Glasses UK the Persol eyewear I had ordered was sent from China. Upon receiving the glasses and comparing them to my legit Persol eyewear it is blatantly obvious that the smartbuyglasses are a poor imitation. I am now waiting for a response from the company regarding the matter, very disappointing!
Horrendous company to deal with!
Returned glasses as they were to small. They were signed for on 11/8/14, still waiting for refund on 18/09/14- Keep emailing me lies! Told me weeks ago money had been refunded, when I complained several times they said there was a problem with accounts, complained again, now they are saying refund processed, my bank know NOTHING about this. DO NOT USE EVER!

I found the glasses i like on your website almost half price. So i was a bit hesitated there will be a problem or if it is fake. But the product is super nice. When i wrote about the process i got an answer throuly. Just the product could arrive earlier but i understand the shipping process..
I have used a few other online glasses sites and this one was fantastic, fast shipping and exactly what I ordered. I had also had an issue with the lens type and the costumer service department was awesome to deal with. I will definatly be using them again.

1) They didn't tell me that i have to return via international shipping in case i didn't like the product. Return shipping is costing me INR 850 for a purchase of INR 5000 so i will loose 20% in case i didn't like the product. This should be transparent to customer at purchase like from where the product will be shipped etc.
2) The price is very high in comparison to offline stores and other portals. I am getting the same product at 40% in offline stores and a similar product at 35% less on other portal

I bought the glasses from Chile for a very good price (at least in comparison with Chilean prices). I recieved the glasses on time, in a very good shape. I was pretty surprised of how easy and fast it was.
All of the above, was matter of days for my frames to be delivered. And i am in NY. The frames was exactly the ones that i wanted and came with everything that was suppose to have come with them, And when i called to Customer service about confirming the delivery time, they looked it up and explained where it was and a few days later after it arrived they continued with email making sure i did get it and was happy with it. And if i didnt i have 100 days to return it. In the US and not mail it back over seas.
I was attracted to this site because they have the best prices. I was a little skeptical at first, but in the end I was very happy.
It took them 12 business days to secure my item (website says 5-11 days), but once i got the shipping confirmation, the item was at my doorstep in 48hours. Also, their email communication is very fast. I got responses usually within 24hours.
I bought Max & Co. 230-PJ2 frames from Smartbuyglasses.com earlier this year. (2015). I love the frames! I was surprized when I received the package to discover it was shipped from Hong Kong. The shipping was fast and the eyeglass frames were packaged really well, (no damages). The frames where a really great price and I am really happy with my purchase. I will definitely recommended smartbuyglasses.com to friends and order from them again in the future.
I have ordereded the glasses from India as the website shows co.in Its a fraud. They ship from Hongkong and it took almost 2 months for me to get my glasses and they are Prada. The quality is horrible... the size they show is wrong... and now they do not even respond to repeated emails for refund. Its as bad as the service can get and I would have got good branded glasses for the same money in India in any store easily. Its just for convenience I chose this and these people are such irresponsible cheats. DO NOT EVER buy from them. Its a total fraud and now I had spent 20k rupees and no way of getting any of it back.
Have a good selection of sunglasses and good prices, however took almost 6 weeks to get my first pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. I liked them so I reordered them in a different glass color and just was notified that they are backordered. The company said they sent a note about the backorder situation, but I don't recall getting it. They did offer to take off an additional 5% off the order and to wait, to order another style or to cancel the order. I chose to cancel the order.

My experience with smartbuyglasses was pretty good. Due to the fact that the glasses had to be shipped to Europe, it took ak while until I finaly got them. But the customer sevice has been that fast, friendly and anxious. That's why I am totally happy with everything and I would definetly order again from smartbuyglasses.
I ordered some sunglasses which had to be shipped in from Italy. Unfortunately, I had some issues with delivery (not with SmartBuyGlasses, the delivery company) and the customer service department at SBG were so quick to respond and help! They literally did everything they could to quicken up the process and sent me very helpful feedback. Normally I wouldn't be bothered to write feedback for purchases but I was actually really impressed - thank you Monique :).
I ordered Maui Jim sunglasses on January 12th. They took my money via credit card on January 12th. Today is February 15th and I still do not have my glasses. Repeated tracking updates all advise that my glasses unavailable for shipping. Do not trust this company. They are not efficient or reliable.

I am impressed with this site. I couldn't believe how cheap the sunglasses I bought were compared to retailers. My sunglasses came in wonderful condition, with original packaging, and with an original Persol lens cleaner. This website also provides you with a free lens kit and free shipping, you can't beat it! The only downfall was the shipping was extremely slow. It took over a month to receive my order, but I was constantly updated through customer service and tracking numbers as to where my sunglasses were. The customer service with this site is excellent! I emailed them several times, since it was my first order with smartbuyglasses.com and I was worried with the shipping length, and customer service always emailed a personal and pleasant response within 24 hours. The first time I have ordered the glasses it was a bad experience because they asked me to send my passport information then they didn't accept it and asked me to pay by paybal.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
