As I ordered my selected size kept defaulting to a larger piece so instead of an 8x10 I received 25x17. When we opened the box it was extremely disappointing as the color in our picture was washed out blue. When I reached out to Smallwood, I was told I could return it (at my cost) and reorder it using the same discount code/amount. We have ordered many things from here and this has been the only one to be such poor quality printing but the customer service we received will prevent us from future purchases.
I ordered 5 items. 1 item had a frame that was damaged during shipping. 1 orher one the picture quality was not great. That was my fault. Other 3 were perfect. They let me pick another picture of better quality and sent a whole new picture. They replaced the picture with the damaged frame.
In shipping my box was damaged. I could tell that the box was not the normal Smallwoods box I was used to, and did not have their trademark tape. The box had been crushed and was caved in. When I opened it, sure enough, one of the pictures was damaged. I called and told of my problem and a very friendly customer representative, Nicole, had a replacement family wedding picture sent to me within a week! Thank you again! I am very satisfied!
The problem was fixed and I approved new pic. Shipped and waiting.

This was my very first time purchasing from this company. I was a little skeptical because they were very inexpensive, however I found this to not be true at all! The quality of the frame and pics were above my expectations! I will definitely be a return customer!
I have ordered from Smallwoods several times and this was the first time something had come damaged. When I emailed customer service, not only were they quick to respond…. They had zero hesitation fixing the issue and sending out replacements. Once I received the replacements, they even followed up with me to make sure I received them and that they were up to par. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. Will absolutely continue purchasing!
We received a photo that was damaged in the mail. Customer service was great and got the photo replaced in very timely manor!
I ordered several large frames for mothers day. When I received my order, one of the photo qualities was a little blurry, due to resolution. They let me choose another photo and shipped me another print free of charge. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived, it was damaged during delivery. Looks like someone may have stepped on the box as the print had a lot of creasing. I asked if they could ship another print that I could just put into the existing frame, they sent it out almost immediately again! Superb customer service. They really want you to enjoy your photos! They will forever be my go to for decorating my home!

The wrong color was sent but it was incredibly easy to contact customer support and they very quickly solved the problem.
I had to have a new order sent because the size was wrong initially and they graciously sent me the new size, however the picture is messed up and has creases all in it

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
