I reached out to smallwoods after receiving my canvas damaged. They were quick and easy to work with and immediately had a replacement sent out to me.
I only get prints from Smallwoods and when I needed an order sooner than expected, I reached out to customer service. Ashley's service and attention to detail was exceptional. Truly no better place to order from.
I ordered several framed prints in January for our cabin. We did not unbox them until April. I hung them and noticed that one didn't lay flat against the wall. I left it at the cabin and when I returned in June I decided it really was warped. They sent a new one to me to replace it!

I ordered some pictures of my grandkids and my daughter loved them. SHe just moved into a new house so I thought I would order her the same ones. WHen they came they were 2 of the same print which I did not order. I called and spoke to someone and they took care of things right away. They sent me a link I gave them the original order with pictures and sent what my daughter recieved. They said we will print the other picture and send it right out. SO simple no issues. Love working with Smallwoods. Great product, great customer service.

Smallwoods made the 3 large canvass pictures of my kids come alive! Makes our living room look beautiful. While one of our frames did arrive damaged during transport (not fault of Smallwoods) We reached out and they replaced it with a new one and it arrived within a few days in perfect condition this time. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks again!

Smallwoods did an amazing job of creating my custom signs! I sent them an attachment through email, and they answered all of ny questions so efficiently! I am not a "techy" person at all, but the whole experience was easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

It was very easy to order and I received everything I ordered. It turned out great.
My canvas wasn't even wrapped or padded and got ruined in transit. My customer service experience has been less than stellar.

Was not happy with either picture I ordered. On the second picture the picture didn't cover the whole 16x20 picture so there is black outline

We took family pictures with my 3 month old daughter and I wanted to have some pictures done for our home. I ordered one of just her and one of all 3 of us in a 25x17 in a white frame. I am obsessed with how amazing these look on our wall! I have gotten so many compliments!
I ordered and it was a gift. My friends new address was not listed as being correct so they contacted me rather just ship it to an undetectable address! Shipment address was changed and the gift arrived perfectly!

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
