I had to have a new order sent because the size was wrong initially and they graciously sent me the new size, however the picture is messed up and has creases all in it
It was so easy to order the pictures, they arrived very quickly and they look amazing. One had a bad spot on the frame and they were so quick to make it right. Would recommend 10/10!
Received our large wood framed prints relatively quick. Had a printing issue with one of the two prints and then reached out with a very quick response time from customer services. They found and resolved the issue promptly and sent a new replacement print. Highly recommend Smallwood's.
Many times I have photos taken and for whatever reason don't do a lot with them. Sometimes I may make a book or have some prints made to put in frames. These last family photos we had taken I was determined to do something different. I had seen advertisements for Smallwoods and thought they were lovely so I decided to give it a try! The website was so easy to use and made it easy upload the photos I had chosen! I was so blown away when I received them! They were absolutely beautiful! I'm also excited to know that in the future I can replace old photos with new ones! I was also very pleased with the pricing and quick shipment! It has absolutely been one of the best purchases I've made in a while! If you are like me and often put these things off, I say don't! You will not be disappointed

I found it a bit difficult to order and pick the exact frame I wanted but now that I did I really love it. I have a small imperfection in the frame, not sure if it belongs there or not
I received my order and one of the images was in the correct color. I called and was directed to the correct representative regarding this issue. Not only was the representative pleasant to speak with, but was beyond helpful in addressing the misprint. The process of submitting an issue with my order was very easy. The quality of service provided was exceptional and I am very thankful.

One is blurry. My only disappointment is that I was not aware of this or I would not have zoomed in as much.

Every time we get family photos taken, we order Smallwoods frames. We have photos in all rooms in our house and they are such good quality prints.
The photos on canvas came out great. I've never been able to find a company that can make the photos clearer the bigger they were made to order. Will definitely be ordering from again

I am a repeated customer of Smallwoods and cannot recommend them enough. However, with my most recent purchase, I was a bit disappointed. The box was damaged and consequently, so was one of the pictures I ordered. The picture was sort of punched out of the frame in one corner where it corresponded to the damage from the box. I was able to push the picture back in place, but, unfortunately, there is a wrinkle in the print from the damage. I would suggest maybe putting a thin piece of wood in the shipment boxes to protect the pictures better.

This is my second order from Smallwoods and I am always so impressed by the quality of the photos! They always come out so beautiful and are really such a good deal for the price. The packaging is always perfect and it really doesn't take a long time for them to get here considering they have to be made custom. Forever a customer!
As someone who isn't great at decorating it was easy to put an arrangement together from their Facebook Ads. It gave me great inspiration & made my vision come to life. My pictures were shipped fast and the quality is excellent. I will absolutely refer friends & order again.

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
