This business is a scam, they deducted your money immediately, then canceled your flights after 4 days, and asked you wait 10 weeks for refund but pay nothing after 12 weeks. Avoid booking via this page at all cost, you can check the price and book directly with airlines
Better to chamber the name to sky scammers.
Nonsense agents and customer service. They even are not helpful even 3-4 days before departure.
I used to use Skyscanner all the time and it was my favourite travel resource. Now they are owned by the terrible trip.com, which explains why they keep pushing scammy websites, including trip.com itself. I went through Skyscanner to trip.com and booked a flight, then when the airline cancelled the outbound leg of my journey I was lied to by agents and scammed out of my legal right to rebook my travel. Now waiting for a refund I didn't want that may or may not come. I hold Skyscanner responsible for sending me through to this seriously dodgy company that I believe is breaking UK / EU laws. I will never use them again to search for flights and suggest you do the same if you're looking for a reliable source. No one will help you.
Please avoid using skyscanner, i have booked GOL airlines through them to go from sao paulo to rio de janero SKYLV-*******, i arrived one hour before the flight and GOL did not allow me to board and also requested me to pay the same original price once more to try to catch the next flight, which is complete chaos and robbery, so i just left the airport. By contacting skyscanner, they are denying any help or refund or even issuing a compensation ticket even though i did not miss the flight and that was an attempt of theft from GOL airlines.
I am not going to leave skyscanner alone and will start to sue them, its not going to end well for sure.
As an advice, please use expedia its alot better and safer as skyscanner is too shady.
I had the worst experience never use skyscanner. No follow up flights got cancelled without notification
I booked a Ticket from Heathrow to the Philippines for my partner through Skyscanner, Big Mistake, arriving 4 hours before dept, so time to do the extra health check required that day, At the check in the iphone app would not work, even the staff tried. So she was denied boarding and said no problem contact your booking company Skyscanner, its free so no charge for a new seat,
Skyscanner demanded £275 for admin and Airport taxes, Emirates said that is not true, they just trying to get more money, with no choice we took the new ticket for the next day but were kept waiting for feedback and progress, everytime i asked for confirmation and E Tickets were promised but nothing, with time passing i had spoken with so many different agents was getting no where,
I called them 2 hours before the plane departs and complained bitterly the stress this was putting us under and finally the advisor sent me the tickets with no concern or apology. Next timewill book direct or high street
No star. For the first time using Skyscanner my experience was bad. I purchased 2 tickets and had to cancel one for an employee who resigned. Tickets non-refundable and non-transferable either. No credit even. Bad Bad Bad experience!
Used to be a really useful site that told you exactly what you needed to know in the way of flights,
Now its just another $#*!ty site that passes you off to another faceless comparison site.

I bought a cheap ticket through this website couple days later they send me an email changing my flight schedule and destination. And told me if I don't agree I can cancel and get a refund.
Obviously, after I ask for cancellation I have been informed by the same "scam" sky scammer that I am not eligible for refund! And they put the blame on the airline.,

It doesn't show flights from russian airports thus made me confused with this misleading information. How can you trust this site if it shows you only what they want to show?
I have used skyscanner for a million times to purchase tickets, but my problem with it is that it still directs people to kiwi.com which is a complete scam. I searched for my tickets on skyscanner and it directed me to kiwi. After I purchased my tickets, kiwi.com canceled my flights, forced me to pay another $400 to change those flights, and when I rejected they said I can get a $50 kiwi credit or no refund at all! They connected me to India to talk to customer reps that repeated the same scripts no matter how many solutions I offered them. I am now going through a transaction dispute process through my bank. I paid $550 in total. I will never book through skyscanner again as long as they work with kiwi. I am using google flights instead.
NEVER use these 'travel agent' sites which offer the promise of cheap flights but when you xannot take your flight due to CV cancellations they promise to refund but still no funds in my account after almost FOUR MONTHS. Rather pay extra and book direct with airlines. Skyscanner should be called SKYSCAMMER
I have been using Skyscanner for years as a great tool to search for flights when I travel but my recent experience with them has been nothing short of awakening.
For Christmas, I decided to go ahead with the travel agent (Flight Network) that Skyscanner has given the highest service rating (which I have come to realise is purely speculative or commission driven, after doing further research). How could an agent that consistently scored a one star be 4.5 star on Skyscanner?!
Our destination was hit with Covid travel restrictions, forcing us to abandon our travel plans.
The airlines were clear on their flight credit policy, but the travel agent dragged their feet and basically fed us lies to try to delay the entire process and I am not left with money out of the pocket.
You could do so much better Skyscanner. Think twice and do your research before clicking into one of the 'recommended' agents, the convenience might come back to bite you hard.

DO NOT BOOK WITH SKY SCANNERR! Customer support worst team ever if anything happens to your ticket ( specially in covid) they will offer you the worst route ever and give you compensation. There refunds take 12 weeks to process and beyond this point they wont help. I spoke to two different people and each one gives me different information when I asked to get transferred to the manager, a girl called Tria announces herself as the supervisor, doesn't find a solution to my situation abd hung up in my face. I call again and surprisingly " the supervisor " picks up. Team of BS. Just know that if you face any issue NO SOLUTION WILL BE PROVIDED
In addition to stealing money from their customers by referring you to scam sites, they leak (sell?) your password to scammers.
My name is Komal and I booked ticket through "mytrip on skyscanner". Terrible worst any type of word is not enough for this fraud agency. The whole story is my flight was cancelled by The airline. These people refused to give any alternative flights. They also refused to provide any information how much refund I am gonna get. They have refused to call airline as well. Finally I made a call to the airline and they said that we will give full refund. But this mytrip people wanted to deduct the money around 100 or more than that when I asked for what reason! Then they said administration and this and that fees. Why would I pay a single penny to someone who dont even call airline, doesnt provide any information, stop receiving my calls, putting me on hold for an hours, who doesnt even have information I ask for, completely crap management, and finally just want to steal the money when airline is paying in full refund to me. My humble request to anyone who read this review - "never" buy any ticket from mytrip and any such fraud people. Go to airline website who is willing to take responsibility.
This is a fraudulent company. They take your credit card details for tje reservation the cheapest price, and then cancel the reservation at the last moment and offer to buy the ticket at the highest price. Do not contact them if you do not want to waste time and money and have problem with bank account!
Useless website. Always shows the wrong prices. Once you choose the flight, the prices rise by 200%.
Four times paid to book a business class ticket to USA, four times cheap tickets cancelled booking. Skycanner directed to this site. Frustrating experience. Booking was from Geneva to Seattle. One can understand once, four times same excuse after getting the payment. Is it joke or scam? Cheap Tickets has not taken any responsibility for their mistake. It appears no responsibility for such blatant cancellations. When customer want to correct a minor mistake like date after booking, they charge, but for them no responsibility for taking money but not sending the ticket.
They trap customer to have voucher and after getting voucher they will book flight by themselves and charge extra charges £150 other than new fare
Will never book a flight from them.
