Booked my flight on January 10th and they asked me for $60 more on January 12th. They said: "fares are dynamic and keeps on changing from second to second so while you are making your reservation the fare has already been increased by the airline."
The airlines never changed the flight because I personally called them.
Today is January 13th and still waiting for my ticket. I'm flying in less than 30 hours.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER USED THIS WEBSITE ANYMORE.
Also, it's Twitter account is private which means a lot and shows what they are doing.
I hope my experience helps to not use it.

Sky Tour should be named by the consumer protection agency. They scam people for money.
Absolutely shady business. In my case I had a duplicate flight booked. Airline refunded the agency in full, but sky tour kept all the refund claiming they paid bogus fees that they couldn't provide and invoice for. Lost over $1000. DO NOT USE!

Beware! They are too good to be true! Just like every other legitimate review, they took my money & 3 days later emailed saying it would be an extra £600 so i cancelled since every other airline or agent we're cheaper. The take too long to respond to emails & never answer the phone. It took another 7 days until the money was returned, only resulting in me having to pay hundreds extra because they held my money. They have no intention of booking for the price advertised at the start! Same s**t different customer: "at this time the airlines is unable to confirm the flights booked by you". It's not how you do business, they need shut down!

I booked my ticket since 2:30 pm I haven't received nothing after 10 hours no phone answer just a game hold the payment and send me email after 8 hours saying it can take 24 hours to get my confirmation or you can cancel to get charged cancellation fees. Still waiting

My third trial
First time yor did not deny my order. Will see what will the next days. So far jeg have no ticket for my flight.

We booked a flight back in January 2021 (so 18 months ago). That flight was cancelled due to COVID 19. Despite all airlines and agents promising all cancelled flights will be refunded, we still haven't received a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. We contacted Virgin Atlantic who told us that Sky Tours have been paid the refund, yet despite many emails Sky Tours claim they can't provide a refund. They have now provided us with a credit voucher which is no good for us when based in Australia. However, they also have many conditions on the voucher such as can only use the voucher up to 50% of the flight cost etc etc. It really beggars belief and I will never use Sky Tours again. I have no idea how they have managed to get away with this. I am now looking at what legal options we have in the UK as we are talking about $3500.

I made a booking for my sister and soon got confirmation email but it didn't included any airline confirmation or ticket number. I followed up with them couple of time to get the details on it to which they responded that the confirmation will be sent soon. A day alter I received an email from them asking another $200 for booking. I have already alerted my card company to mark this transaction but not sure if it works. Anyone has any idea on how to get refund or where to file complaint against them?

Booking was easy and all went well until I got a message about anadfditional fee. That got me nervous and I thought what is this, is it a scam. But as it wasn't an expensive flight I thought I pay the extar fee and all went well, but I don't know maybe I could have got a lower price from another travelagent-system.
I booked a flight ticket from Sky tours last night, my card was charged and since then I havent received the e tickets for my flight, the customer service number never responds, I paid for a service which I did not get. I paid $1788. 10, I want my money back and I need a quick solution for this, these guys are taking money and giving people a hard time, I will make sure a resolution is done for this at the earliest or else will take suitable action. I either want my e tickets or my money back.

I bought my tickets to fly to India during July 2021 (planning to fly during Oct 2021) along with "Gold Cancellation protection" which cost me CAD $146 extra, however due to COVID I needed to cancel my travel plans. I notified Sky tours to cancel my flights during August 2021. Most of the airlines and Travel companies process their refunds within 6 months. Sky-tours however seems like have no intentions to refund for the cancellations. For 6 months, Sky-tours kept me informing that my refund is in process and after 9 months they have denied the refund stating it is against their policy…I mean is this some kind of Joke? Sky-tours has offered a voucher, which is another JOKE and money grabbing tactic. The terms and conditions to use voucher is as follows.
Terms and Conditions
-Refund Vouchers can be used as part payment towards a future booking up to
Maximum amount of 50% of the purchased travel.
- Refund Vouchers are only valid for use at www.sky-tours.com and might be used
For any service advertised on-page.
- The new booking made with the voucher must be purchased within the validity
Date. The travel date can be later!
- 6 months of validity will be set every time you use the credit.
- Once the voucher has expired it has no use and the value is forfeited.
- Remaining credit can be used as many times until the amount is 0 (zero).
- Cash refunds are not allowed.

As travel stopped worldwide in April 2020 and crippled the travel trade with meanwhile 30% of all airlines and business partners out of business many clients would not receive any refund. Sky-tours decided however to pay back everybody even if we will never receive any money anymore from former partners. We want to keep you harmless. But for being able to do so, without risking our own existence we have to link the refund with a new purchase. Depending on the total voucher value it can be used to cover up to 30%, 50% or 100% of the new booking.
