The booking confirmation process takes upto 23 hours, we do verification of payment and issue the tickets, If the tickets are not issued for some reasons the funds will not be charged and shall be released to its form of payment. This company is a scam! They kept on delaying our refunds for a number of flights we booked right before COVID1-9 hit in March 2020, and kept on blaming it on the lengthy reimbursement process between them and the airlines. Then, they issued a voucher which expired in December 2021, but never mentioned that it's either this voucher or nothing at all! Now, I'm asking about the status of my refund from the airlines, which I've been asking about since day 1, and they're saying that I've got no right to any more money anymore as my voucher expired! What kind of theft is this?
