I am still waiting for confirmation and it's been 7 hours why does it take so long? I need a confirmation or a refund

The booking confirmation process takes upto 23 hours, we do verification of payment and issue the tickets, If the tickets are not issued for some reasons the funds will not be charged and shall be released to its form of payment.
