I booked tickets on 19th february and got a ticket after a week. After talking to the airlines I came to know that the tickets are cancelled by the booking agent and did no get information from the agent. My travel date is in less than 5 days and response from them. Don't tempt by the cheap prices offered by sky-tours.com, they are a scam

I bought these flight tickets **************, **************, **************, **************), on October 15,2020, for myself for $831.18. I contacted Sky-Tours so many times with no response due I couldn't fly because of all this covid19 pandemic. The places that I was trying to visit were not allowing visitors. I contacted them via email as well but they never give me any solution. I contacted each airline and one of them they already refund the money to Sky-Tours and the others they willing to refund to the agency. But like I said before I got no solution yet.

This shady company told me they were waiting for United Airlines to process my refund for 6+ months. I finally contacted UA and found out the refund was processed MONTHS PRIOR! THEY WERE LYING. I demanded my money back and suddenly "no cash refunds are being made for international accounts" (I am in Canada). This was never mentioned once in the 40+ email chain I have with them. Instead they gave me the most ridiculous voucher ever- i can only use 20% of the voucher per flight. Meaning- I have to book 5 flights until October 2022. This is so disgusting and shady- I have told them multiple times I am a student who had to work very hard to just pay for this one flight. Do not purchase flights from them under any circumstances.

Rip off...
April 28, 2016

Tried to book a ticket, they said my credit card company denied the charge, contacted the credit card company the charge went through. Got a message from Sky tours cancelling my booking, told refund would appear in 3 days, 3 1/2 weeks later still no refund. You can't contact anyone, phone numbers aren't in order anymore.

Lied to the airline

I just talked to United Airline to check that Sky-tours requested the refund or not. Because they kept telling me that I have to contact United Airline directly to get refund which is totally incorrect. I requested refund since March but I haven't received any refund yet. It's over $4300. United Airline told me they talked to Sky-tours today and they informed United that they refunded me in April which is totally a lie. They delayed 5months already even though they got refund from airlines already.

Owing to the Corona crisis I had to cancel my flight to San Diego at the end of February. I cancelled on time and was informed by Karem that I would be refunded within a certain length of time. This didn't happen and I was then informed that the airline would not refund the sum for 12 months and Sky Tours offered me a rather dubious voucher. I replied that I had no interest in a voucher and wanted my money back when the airline refunded. In the meantime after numerous emails from Alexa I was informed that the airline had refunded the money and that I would be refunded within a couple of weeks. This didn't happen.
I have now received an email from Elizabeth telling me that Sky Tour will not receive any money from the airline for at least 12 months and offering me a voucher yet again. Obviously I have not been told the truth and I believe Sky-Tours is lying and trying to avoid refunding me.
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone

Booked flight home. When I called airline they told me that sky-tours booked a third journey on my journey.

It was unclear who to get my boarding pass with since flight was booked with Iberia for a flight with British Airways.

So I emailed Sky- tours. They ignored me. Never heard back from them.

I contacted them again and was told to check in with British air. OK
Think this is going well? Ah no

So We call British air to get boarding pass because we were not able to book online.
They told us that we needed to check into British air at the airport and show our passport. So... We went earlier to go to counter.
We got tickets. But agent told us there were changes on our ticket/ a rebooking which we did not do. I think this had to do with the 3rd leg of our trip not booked but on our ticket. It was a total aggravation. It was a company I will never ever book through.

I had the bad idea to take my plane tickets with them through skyscanner I paid 413 dollars the first time and this morning I received an email from them asking me again for 122 dollars I so paid and I still don't have my plane tickets I'm leaving next week
I don't have money to rebook tickets
Of course I tried to call but it hung up
How do I know if I will be able to take my flights? I'm going to be stressed all week

When I paid the 122 dollars I didn't realise that they change my return I wanted to go back NO AT 8AM IN NEWARK BUT AT 5 PM AT JFK

I am ashamed for scyscanner to be affiliated with such a scam company

Shopped around for best pricing for 6 passengers from EWR to LHR finally came across this website with very good pricing, website clearly indicated that 1pc checked bag included per person, went through the whole booking process got it booked and received email 5 hours later that I will NOT get checked bags and I should agree, called them in the morning after 15 minute holding waiting to get thru to agent with boring music... phone just says try again later, tried again and again no one to even talk to, it took 72 hours for a response via email, with no choice to get my original contract, so when I wrote back to cancel it, and noted them to correct on their website it took another 72 hours to get a reply that they got it canceled! But on website (if I wanna book again) it still shows 1pc checked baggage included.
Be prepared to not get what you order and to get worst customer service I have ever seen!

I'm looking for a multi-destination flight. So as it's a mutlidesination flight it costs a lot and on that website I found a flight for 2100$ which was the best deal I got. I sad awesome and wanted to buy it immediately but then they notified me that the ticket was sold out... The next ticket was for 3000$ almost 1k $ difference so I thought I will look somewhere else. The next day I found the same ticket shown at the website and I tried once again to buy it but it says that it was sold out. After three days now their showing the same ticket and when I try to buy it it says that the ticket was sold and they will direct me to the next ticket without extra charging me but the next ticket is now for 3400$! They cheat on people be carful when you buy your ticket don't even try to look for one from Skytours's website!

WHAT A RIP OFF
May 28, 2022

After my flights were canceled due to COVID, I had to send lots of emails to get a 50% discount voucher. Now when I try to use the voucher for a ticket that cost $680, the sky tours asks for $1000 to add 30kg of luggage to the ticket both ways. The airline included the luggage in the flight anyway, and I don't know why sky tours want to rip me off. I have to use this voucher, and I have no choice. Can someone contact me and explain this to me.

I booked and payed ticket 3 days ago, and I'd been waiting till they confirm my reservation. But I got e-mail from Skytour this morning, and it says they sold NON-EXISTING ticket to me and they offered another ticket which has huge lay over time. As I checked this ticket, another agency is selling this ticket way cheaper price and they said they DO offer this ticket without any charge. How ludicrous it is? I sent several e-mails demanding refund though nobody is answering. Meantime, I kept trying to touch them 4 hours in a row right now, but nobody answer as well. I feel worse than when my flight cancelled due to airline decision, and they are avoiding they responsibility even my flight is in 2 days. You should deal with this right now. SKY TOUR, REFUND MY MONEY BACK.

Dear Hajin, during Covid-19 nothing is like it used to be. We have only 30% of the staff working as we all must save money to survive this difficult situation and therefore our answers are somewhat delayed. Also many airlines cancelling their flights and we have extra work to connect with them and trying to get another flight confirmed. In your case I see that we did not charged your credit card as the airline cancelled the flight before we even could issue the ticket. Subsequently we only can apologize that we are very sorry not being able to accommodate your reservation. Customer support is very important to us and we are really unhappy with ths present sitation as well.

Easy booking with a nervous touch
June 5, 2022

Booking was easy and all went well until I got a message about anadfditional fee. That got me nervous and I thought what is this, is it a scam. But as it wasn't an expensive flight I thought I pay the extar fee and all went well, but I don't know maybe I could have got a lower price from another travelagent-system.

For all those looking to book with Sky-tours website. We found sky-tours through various internet searches, and found a great price for a multi-city flight plan. Reading all the reviews (even those from people who never even USED the service) to be generally bad, we were more than a little nervous about paying them. We called our credit card company, the BBB, and local resources and no one had anything bad to say about them. Nothing either way, actually, so we were still unsure about using the website to book. Considering the comments about this company were things like "They don't answer the phone" Or "they are a fly by night outfit", we did some serious research on them. The website has been active since 1999, and the business started then as well. We were able to immediately get someone on the phone and got answers to a few of our questions, quite clearly and intelligently. We took the chance and booked our tickets and within a few (nervous) minutes, we saw a preliminary booking number pop up. We then took this number and checked it against the airline's reservation site directly and there it was! Within four hours, we then had a confirmed reservation directly with the airline, with all the stops we requested and the stay-overs we had planned. This company delivers exactly what they promised, and we will most certainly be using them again for our next flight!
