This company sells tickets without having bought them beforehand. The same tickets are sold several times, which leads to the fact that already paid flights can not be taken. This is only found out at the airport and you do not get a ticket at check-in and have to buy a new one. This is what happened to me and I still have not received my money. This although I have pointed out sky-tours several times by email (support phone number is invalid!). They consider themselves with excuses that the attachments are not opened or they still have to clarify this. Then you hear again nothing more...

Below is my mail, which I sent:
Dear ladies and gentlemen
When I wanted to obtain my ticket for the return flight at the check-in on 04.01.2023 at Bangkok airport and hand in my luggage, I was informed of the following:
-We cannot issue you a ticket because your return trip has been "suspended.
-I could not be given a reason and it was impossible to get a ticket for the flight.
I would like to note here that the ticket outward and return journey was already paid and confirmed by you!
This had the consequence:
-that I had to buy a new ticket for ******* Baht or CHF 800.
-that I missed my original flight.
-additional waiting time of 5 hours at the airport. (Food 1000 Baht or CHF 30.-).
-3000 Baht or CHF 85.- paid for a seat with legroom. (Flight Doha - Zurich)
-For the Bangkok Doha flight, this option was not available even with additional costs. (3000 Baht or CHF 85.-)
-> For my original return flight, I would have included a seat with legroom on both return flights (BKK - Doha - ZRH). (Early booking)
-waiting time Doha 3 instead of 2 hours
-that I could not show up for work as planned on 05.01.2023
-> loss of my income of one day (CHF *******.- / 365days = CHF 330.-).
Sum of the costs:
CHF 800.-
CHF 30.-
CHF 85.-
CHF 85.-
CHF 330.-
-----------
CHF 1330.-
I would like to note that I am deeply outraged and annoyed and will never use the "service" of sky-tours again.
It cannot be that a ticket that has already been paid for and confirmed is not issued before departure. This without prior information and neither with reason!
I expect the following here by 20.01.2023 at the latest:
-immediate transfer of at least CHF 1330.
-explanation why this happened.
If you will not comply with this, I feel compelled to take legal action through my lawyer.

This has been an absolutely horrible ordeal, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has been extremely stress-inducing. Agents are hard to contact, slow to respond, and issues end up unresolved. Despite the initial low costs, you will end up paying more than what you originally paid for, in both money and time. Please, if you value any of these things, avoid Sky-Tours at all costs.
I booked through Sky-Tours on to go from Vancouver to Mumbai, and Mumbai to Hong Kong. The trip is supposed to take place in December.
Everything was fine up until I got a notification from one of the airlines, Spice Jet, that the flight was cancelled. I contacted one of the customer service representatives, Joy Lau, through email. She responded, telling me to contact Spice Jet myself in order to resolve the issue. In what world does make sense? I booked through Sky-Tours, yet they are telling me to contact Spice Jet myself to fix this. Even on Sky-Tour's own website do they say to contact their support team instead of contacting the airline.
Not satisfied with this, I contacted another customer service representative, Amie. She looked into the issue, and discovered that another of my flights through Air India have been cancelled. The cancellation took place on October 29, yet I received no email notification from them. They did not offer to rebook another flight, even though the flight to Mumbai is essential to my trip.
Still not happy, I contacted them through their website using the chat option. Did I mention that it takes an extremely long time to actually reach an agent on this? They have no option to call them directly. I came into contact with Joy Lau again, and explained to her my situation. She only offered a refund on the Air India flights, but gave no indication of how much the refund would be.
I inquired about cancelling my Sky-Tours booking, and re-booking my whole trip again by myself. Despite what I have been through using their service, she said I would still be subject to the Sky-Tours cancellation fee. She failed to consider any of the issues I have experienced using their service. I asked how much the total refund would be, yet she ignored my question.
This is not all. When I enter my booking number on their website to check my itinerary, it says that it is invalid.
Again, I must stress to not book through Sky-Tours. You will open yourself to a world filled with inconveniences, unresolved issues, and wasted money and time.
