I've used skip for a very long time, and honestly have had many issues with my order, but typically it's so minor that I never bother to follow up. Today, I placed an order as I would not be home to make dinner, they delivered a completely different order and I got nothing that I ordered. I contacted skip as this was supposed to feed my family at home and the order I received was wrong and not even close to enough to feed my family. I was told by skip that I have requested too many refunds in the past (I have never requested a refund) I wasn't even requesting a refund, I wanted MY order delivered. Before I could respond they abruptly ended the chat. I tried to contact them again and a representative logged on and logged ended the chat right away. Thankfully, I was able to contact the restaurant who happily corrected the mistake, despite the fact that it was the delivery person's error. This is very poor customer service and if you make a mistake you should own up to it.
I've had many problems over the years. Today was the last straw. They claimed that there was "suspicious" activity going on with my account, so they closed it. Meanwhile boarderline stealing my money. They gave me "skip credits" for an order I placed after it was canceled but right away deactivated my account. I have screenshots of both conversations I had with service, saying they could not help me. The first one closing our conversation not letting me finish what I was saying. The second disregarding my issues and finally sent a request to their manager. Never order through them, there drivers have also stolen my food before.
How hard is it to pick up an order and delivery to the right address.
Too complicate for skip drivers.
I've waited 45 minutes to be told to bad the driver gave it to the wrong customer.
Wtf.
And now i have to wait a week to get my money back.
Never again.
We ordered from them last night. We never received the order. We contacted them but they denied and refused to refund us the $90 we paid (including generous tip).
I will never order from this company ever again in my life!

Skip the dishes is a horrible food delivery service! I've ordered from them a few times and I will NEVER be ordering again. Once I ordered from a restaurant 10 minutes from my house and the driver they sent was 50 minutes away. I waited 1.5hours for my food to be delivered to me. When I complained their customer service associate was rude and offered no help. Another time I ordered, the food just never came to my house. Don't make the mistake of ordering from here, uber eats is way better.
I ordered food from skip the dishes and they did not deliver it to my house. Instead they kept my money and did not reimburse me like they said they would. Absolutely horrible service, nothing but a shady business.
Driver Sharmarke refused to deliver my food to leave outside my suite door per written instructions. Left it in the lobby (without telling me) in the same place where all he had to do was buzz my number to be let in. When asked by Skip why, he just said he "couldn't deliver." No other explanation. They then contacted him again and found out he left my food in the lobby. That was almost an hour after trying the chat line (down), Facebook and messenger (no reply) and, finally, the phone number (on hold for 30 min). I guess it's down to Uber now, Skip.
I have waited for two hours for delivery which is not acceptable, very disappointed in the service. Nobody should have to wait that long for a delivery if they do money or credit to the app should be considered.
Was just comparing prices from pizza 73 website and then skips site. The wings were jacked up $5 as was the pizza on skip site! Then add on the delivery and surcharge. They will be going out of business soon if they keep that up! They lost me as a customer.
Ordered breakfast before work at 7:51am and its not 9:40am ive been on the phone with skip on hold for 30 min so far and their chat blows a FAT $#*! just lie their company its a matter of time before these peeps go bankrupt due to customer service. Doordash is on par!
