These guys gave me a 5 dollar credit because they charged me for a 25 dollar meal and then when the driver could not find my house he kept the food. Such a joke, I uninstalled the app and stayed with Uber Eats. They don't have Wendy's so months later I installed the app again, tried to use the 5 bucks and they said my account was flagged. I guess they hate customers that pay for food they never actually get. I didn't even contest it but I will certainly be getting my refund from the Credit card company!

Ordered 5 pizzas! Huge and never received it. No phone number to call a driver! Brutal service and no help from skip the dishes. No phone number son the website to call. Had to call the restaruant to get the phone number to call and then had to wait on the phone for twenty minutes. This is a crock and feels like a scam. Will never use skip the dished again and will hit social media hard for this. If I could have given a negative 5 rating I would.

I hope your company goes bankrupt, you guys are a waste of of a company on the face of this earth. Recommend everyone to stop ordering from them, if I was rich I would buy the company out and make it as waste disposal company. That's all I have to say. I get the same storey from you guys all the time you missed up my order to many time. Wait there favourite line is we can only credit you a refund. F you with that $#*!. A skip the dishes employee came into stop was very busy we told him food would be a minute and he rolled his eyes at us. Skip the dishes ppl have no patience and very rude to employees. We where low on staff and doing our best. If they don't like waiting their in the job. They should learn to have manners. And they lean on the counter where customers get their food there is covid going around they have a table where they are supposed to stand at and we call them when a order is ready but no they stand in the way of other customers. Very very rude ppl.

I work for a restaurant and these ppl are the rudest ppl ever think they can go ahead of everyone else. If they wait for food they walk out without getting food. They lean on our front counter when we need to serve other people we can't because they are right there we have a table set up where they are supposed to stand at. Where do they not understand there is a bad virus going around they shouldn't be leaning on the counter where peoples food go out. And if they wait to long they say we don't get paid for this they are not pizza delivery people it's not free in 30 minutes they still get paid plus tips and sometimes they will yell at us we can't help it if we are waiting on food or under staffed. I had one delivery guy have an order ready and stood there 15 minutes waiting for another order while the other people's food was getting cold now that's just plain rude. I've worked for my restaurant for 30 years and have never served people so rude with no patience. If they don't like waiting they have the wrong job.

Ordered medication and a snack for my daughter as I'm sick in a global pandemic. Order says delivered. Go to door step. No one there. No snack. No meds. Contact the help line. All they can say is sorry that happened. Here's your money back that you paid us. But wait 5 days before you get it back. Thanks. Have a nice day.

What a bunch of morons. Delivery service usually deliver do they not? Would love to give less than one star to these thieves
