The products they send are good and are priced well, but if there is something wrong with your order and you need to return or exchange, you would have to go through hell and back to get to a solution. I've been waiting on my refund for more than 2 weeks now!
Never again!

I burnt my face with one of the products I purchased there. All I got is the advice to go to a dermatologist... Unbelievable! I spent $150 to burn my face and they even didn't accept a return, and definitely didn't offer any refund or compensation.

Stay away!

This is a rip-off, I was charged $270 for product, which I never received. I have sent numerous emails, filed formal complaint and nothing has been done by Skinstore. There is no way of speaking with anyone from the company. All contact is though email which is a JOKE. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order today on their website. Two items were on sale, and I ordered them on-line. After I checked out, I went to print my invoice and notice I was charged $131 dollars. However, the sale prices reflected it should have been only $120. I went through the chat customer service and provided my order number and they gave me the runaround saying I needed to send them screen prints of their own site, plus my invoice. I don't know how to do that and got exceedingly frustrated. The products seem good, but I won't order anything from them anymore. There was nothing that they offered to rectify my overcharge.

I ordered on 27th May. My order was supposed to arrive on 8th June at the latest. I contacted Customer Services about my order and asked them to look into the status of my order. I gave them all the relevant information and was told that they could not find my order and that my email address did not exist with them, even though they'd emailed me previously. Eventually they found my order and told me to wait until 27th June to recieve it.
Judging by all the negative reviews, I doubt that I will ever receive my order. If I do, I will write another review stating that my order has been received and all is well. However, I'm very glad that my order was for a fairly small amount. I feel very sorry for all those people who have spent large amounts with no goods to show for it.

Terrible customer service! I never received My item and they barely check their complaints! 45 days since I placed my order and till today no solution. Terrible!
They answer once every 2 weeks then disappear again! So unprofessional
They use a cheap shipping company who probably lost my parcel, and they both don't cooperate nor answer. Sad
Estimated delivery almost a month ago!
In muscat since may 21st! And no call no delivery nothing! How do they accept such thing to happen? And never follow up or care?

I have been waiting for my refund for over 5 business after cancelling my order. I waited two whole weeks for my order to be shipped, I decided to cancel when I didn't get any update, received my order cancellation email promising to process a refund within 3 - 5 business days and it's over a week and the money hasn't reflected on my card. Bad service

First, there was no confirmation after my card was debited. My order has not been shipped after getting an email from a customer rep promising to ship within 48 hours. Bad service! Sent a DM on a Instagram and again I was promised that my order would be shipped plus a 10% refund. How does a 10% refund make up for delayed shipping? I've never had a great experience shopping from this store.

This site LOVES to send bait-and-switch emails. You buy a product from them, then you get emails saying the product you purchased has "gone on sale" - so you click through to the site, where it says, "Your favourite products have gone on offer" (they just LOVE to pretend they're British). They give you a promo code for a certain percentage off - 15%, sometimes even 25%. When you actually try to add the to your product and apply the promo code, it says the promo code is valid but doesn't apply to what's in your cart - instead, they say they'll send you additional products worth the equivalent of the applicable percentage of the full price would be. (Sorry, that's B. S. -- you're paying full price and getting a couple of small free samples which everyone knows just rot in a drawer somewhere). To say something is "on sale" has a general commercial meaning - i. E., that the price has been reduced. G-d only knows what they think "on offer" means.

I cannot believe what I have experienced.
On May 26 I ordered a $435 product using a discount code and went through this company as two people whose opinions I respect said it was a good company. I pay extra to get it in 1-2 days.
Knowing everything going on with the virus, I checked repeatedly to see if my order did ship within 1-2 days. I wouldn't fault them if it took a bit longer. I'm sure their warehouse is understaffed.
To my surprise it almost immediately said shipped, and Fedex said that it had received the order information but no the order. Fedex has messed up before, so when that didn't change for a day or two I wasn't worked.
As more and more days passed and no order showed up at my door and there was no change, I began to get worried my box may have fallen aside by accident and wanted to bring it to their attention.
I messaged them on their website on Tuesday June 2. I provided documentation of what Fedex said, and because I've had issues with fedex before I was hoping they would be more cooperative and help me out. The immediate email I got back said a response should be available in 24 hours, but not until possibly 48 hours.
After 24 hours I messaged them on Facebook. After 48 hours I messaged them on instagram. At this point I did more digging and discovered that a lot of people have not received orders, or anything more than brief automated responses but no answers.
At this point I looked on their Facebook page and saw that a series of people had complained of the same problem on a single post. I shared what happened to me as well. By this point we had already contested the charge with the credit card company.
I go to log in hoping that this negative review on a post (as their Facebook page does not allow reviews), would get their attention. I log in and discover that my messages and orders have been deleted. I eventually discover an email that welcomes me to skinstore.
They had deleted my account and when I went to log back in (through Facebook so I wasn't aware), it appeared as though this correspondence was deleted and the order deleted, when in fact my whole account had been deleted.
Fortunately I took a screenshot of everything.

This company is the WORST
This company is the WORST. I use to spend a over 200 a month on my face products, when I ordered the wrong and shipped it back over 280.00 worth of product they somehow can't seem to find it. Sent a copy of receipt from post office and emailed and called and sent message through instagram etc... some one will get back to me... REALLY this happened in JANUARY. IT's JUNE.

NEVER AGAIN! They never had trouble shipping my orders... BEWARE.

I am an online shopaholic but this is the 1st time i have experienced this kind of customer service. No number to call, can only send message thru fb messenger which they dkn't bother to answer. My order hasn't arrived but can't get a refund because there is no one to talk to. I guess I just have to accept that my money ia gone now.

A product arrived damaged and open. I wrote asking for a refund and sent a picture with my request. They asked me for a picture despite having sent one. This went on 3X - a bot would respond to me. I would reply w a picture. I never got refunded. Don't buy from here if you expect to return anything (and I'm only returning bc product was damaged)

It's the second time in a month I received expired cosmetic products. Today is May 12th, 2020and they shipped me a lip balm expired in February 2020. Very disappointing! I won't support this site anymore!

The site advertise a 25 % discount on their products using a code. I used the code the amount stated was correct but my card was billed at a 20 % discount. I sent an email to the company with no satisfaction. I will not deal with them again

When I made an order for two products, skinstore failed to tell me one was out of stock. I've been waiting for 4weeks now and the product still isn't back in stock... 4 weeks! I've never had this issue when ordering at other places. Everytime I talked to someone, they'd just tell me a future date when it would be 'back in stock' which I would wait till but it still didn't ship out. Regardless, the slightly lower prices aren't worth it. Especially after reading what other people have said about the products that did come. Please be aware of your rights as a consumer and that you can report them for bad business practices! And if you want the Paula's choice 2% bha exfoliator, just order it straight from Paula's choice instead of these clowns.
