This company will MISLEAD you. Do NOT fall for it. They try really hard to pursue you in the beginning to lock down their sale and as soon as they lock you down, they DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, TAKES FOREVER TO GET A SIMPLE RESPONSE BACK, SUPPORT TEAM SUCKS, NOT TO MENTION THE MANAGER WE WERE ASSISNGED TO IS NO HELP EITHER! And all the information they gave us in the beginning was a complete LIE. It sucks because I am the only person answering phone calls in the office right now and needed that extra support that they said they would offer. None of my phone calls were being forwarded to their team. And when I called my account manager, she changed the entire story of how their company works. Tamiko and Jeremy, shame on you. Time is of the essence, so save yours and do NOT hire this company.
Sighpost has helped us improve our sales, given us timely feedback from our customers, and allows us to increase our contact sale list. I would say give Signpost a try, and see what they can do to help improve your business.

At first I was skeptical of signpost as I would have been with any other company that I had never heard of. They caught my attention on the phone when they cold called me to solicit their marketing to me. I was ready to brush them off as I do to most telemarketers, however, this time I hung onto the phone call and listened. It seemed to good to be true from what they were saying they would do for me.
We decided to sign up for 6 months just to give it a shot and they have been always on time with scheduled calls to me as well as following up any problems I have had. We have had our google reviews incredibly increased and couldn't be more pleased. This has been a true asset added to our company.

I have been trying to get positive reviews on Yelp and Google for a couple of years with no results. We had positive reviews on Facebook only. Within a few weeks of our onboarding call with Signpost we had five 5-star reviews on both Yelp and Google and I suspect they will continue to come in. They are easy to work with and deliver.

I've signed a year contract with Signpost in 2014 and paid all the fees upfront. My experience with them for that year was none; they didn't provide services that they promised. Recently it was brought to my attention that they kept charging my credit card for $149 for 5-month post original subscription. When I called them for an explanation, their supervisor Omari told me that they had notified me about new "month to month contract" via e-mail. When I asked him what e-mail, I haven't received any e-mail from them, he said to me: "That is the question you should ask yourself", and that was his attitude during the whole conversation. Imagine dealing with that supervisor - unprofessional, rude, no sense of professional ethics. He even dared to threaten me of not canceling that "contract" if I refuse to pay them for the current month, that would be unauthorised payment #6. My advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I used this group a couple years after my business partner passed away. The initial conversation with the rep at that time was very convincing and the onboarding was smooth sailing. Once we got the script put together we were off to the races. The actual service was very faulty and inconsistent. If anything was consistent it was the rate at which calls were being patched in with me personally way to often. It really seemed as if they were holding the conversations way to long to rack up charges and the thing that bothered me the most was that i was being charged minutes while they put potential clients on hold.
I gave them another chance in 2023 and it was even worse this time and getting ahold of customer service was nearly impossible and if I did get ahold of them I would be dumped off to someone else. The initial liason whom i worked with was never available infact I think they quit and or was terminated. When i finally decided to end this relationship it was almost impossible to get someone who could facilitate the termination. After I finally got a call from someone and finally ended terminated my account...they still kept charging my credit card. Just got one today two months after canceling. Waste of money, shame on me for giving them another chance.
As a small business owner there is so much to pay attention to that doesn't include what you ACTUALLY provide as a service. Signpost is brilliant with their help they provide. It is like have an additional department in your business you can ring when you are in the weeds and there they are quickly with all the answers. They seamlessly provide you help and support while organizing you and helping you reach out to past clients, maintain current clients, and reach forward for new business. My business "RiverHorse Photography" is better for having included Signpost. I couldn't be happier with them and recommend them in the loudest of voices.

I received a robo-dialed call from them from a number that was local to my business. I told them immediately that I was not interested in any advertising, or b2b products. The agent then proceeded to rudely tell me that he will just work with another business that is open for business and hung up before I could get a word in. Given how rude the sales agent was, and the cold calling nature of the call I would not recommend that anyone work with a business that employs these practices. Companies that stoop to cold calling businesses and use aggressive sales techniques typical have a high customer turnover rate and is an obvious sign that they do not have a good product or service to offer. Stay far, far away from them.
OMG, had this Chris guy call me and leave me email and voicemail. He called back and I already googled them and wasn't interested at this time as my budget not letting me to. I told him that and said to call me back in 6 month he said he won't and hug up. Very very rude. That isn't how you do business.
I used the service for about six months. I repeatedly had scheduling issues caused by timezone differences. Customer would be scheduled on my google calendar for 130pm appointment and would be told 1130am. The last couple months, I noticed that calls would be forwarded and then I would not receive a text or email with the call details. I contacted them regarding the issue and never got any guidance or explanation as to what was happening. A previous customer of mine called me, I was unable to answer so the call was forwarded. Again I did not receive a text with call details. I received a text from the customer stating that her call was not answered and there was no option to leave a voicemail. I had suspected that was happening but did not previously have confirmation. I immediately turned off call forwarding. I reached out to cancel after using only half my allotted minutes and was told that I would be billed for another month of service with zero minutes used because I requested to cancel the same day of the new billing cycle. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and they will suck every penny they can out of a small business.
A rep call me yesterday and said that I was in contact with a prior rep 6 mths ago and he was following up. I immediately advised that I wasn't interested and he continued to ask what I'm not interested in. Eventually I hung up as he persisted to sell something I wasn't interested in. He recalled immediately and I made it clear that I hung up and it wasn't a bad reception. Long story short the conversation felt like a competition of me stating I'm not interested and he trying to prove that his service was needed. Hung up again and blocked the number. I'm sure I will be receiving a next call 6mths from now (if there are still in business) from a new rep they have charged up and convinced that they can sell us a dream.
Just starting out, but the experience so far has been good. I am seeing the value of leveraging their system for marketing and looking at reviews from past customers that we can learn from.

Answer: A contract is reuired, you must pay up front, and they will not allow you to cancel. Stay away!
Answer: Signpost takes a lot of work to reap any benefits; it's not as easy as the pushy sales staff would have you believe. The real problem occurs when you try to leave. They require payment up front (in our case one year), and will not refund anything when you cancel. This is a very shady company, and I would recommend staying away!
Answer: Dave W's [Signpost Rep] above, is a classic example of the problem with Signpost; you can't just cancel the service. They bill you in advance, will not refund what they have billed (even if you quit using the service), and make it very difficult to cancel. Answer: Good luck John. You will have to endure a long sales pitch from a very pushy sales associate. In our case (sounds like others had similar situations), we had to cancel 30 days before the contract automatically renewed. I contacted Signpost the day after their $2,000 charge appeared on my credit card, and they refused to budge. Nothing... Best to stay away from Signpost!
Answer: Dave W, it sounds like you a have a really terrible job, trying to justify the way Signpost treats clients. In my case, I'm out $2,000 with no recourse, for a one year contract that I don't want. Shame on you!
