For the price you pay, you wont see any increase in sales nor retain more customer loyalty.
Go ahead and try to cancel, then they inform you after the fact its a 30 day notice to cancel, so they can charge you for another month. Absurd.
Save your money and dont waste any time with this outfit.

Horrific contract terms. Don't trust them or the service. The service doesn't actually drive reviews to yelp, only to their internal review site - not public and doesn't help. They'll lock you in and keep billing even when they're not providing any services. Effectively a SCAM.
Hi Brian, we're sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the terms of the contract you signed. To clarify, we do ask for Feedback responses that are only visible on your internal account, but we also follow up with contacts who have left you Feedback to ask them to leave Reviews on external pages such as Yelp, Google, and Facebook. You also have the option to turn off Feedback requests and only ask your contacts for Reviews on external sites if you wish. We'd love to discuss how we can make your account work for you for the remainder of your contract, as it sounds like there are some options that would satisfy your concerns!

This product takes care of regularly communicating with my clients and getting me good reviews. I would like to see an easier way to send different messages, but they do keep improving it, so I stay with them because they are doing what they said they would!

Very happy with the Signpost experience! The multi-step approach they use is a comprehensive way to cover all your marketing, prospecting, and re-marketing bases. What a pain in the butt to deal with! I finally gave them the so called "10 minutes" cut it off at 30 and the guy just kept going. I do have a business to run. When he asked if I had learned anything new, I said "No" and was about to explain that I know what to do, just have the time or priority to do it or money to hire it. But he cut me off with a "Well what smarty pants!" and hung up! Don't waste your time.
Signpost cleaned up all our information across the search engine universe. They helped us gain a lot of positive feedback from our customers. If you are proud of your business and you want to attain reviews that you can use in your marketing Signpost is the way to go.

I use signpost this year. They changed my business phone in order to mintor customers calls. First couple of month, my listing on Yelp drop down very behind because info change, but now run back. Hope it stay there or run up. Anyway, they take action very quick when you order some posts on social media like promotion.

Answer: A contract is reuired, you must pay up front, and they will not allow you to cancel. Stay away!
Answer: Signpost takes a lot of work to reap any benefits; it's not as easy as the pushy sales staff would have you believe. The real problem occurs when you try to leave. They require payment up front (in our case one year), and will not refund anything when you cancel. This is a very shady company, and I would recommend staying away!
Answer: Dave W's [Signpost Rep] above, is a classic example of the problem with Signpost; you can't just cancel the service. They bill you in advance, will not refund what they have billed (even if you quit using the service), and make it very difficult to cancel. Answer: Good luck John. You will have to endure a long sales pitch from a very pushy sales associate. In our case (sounds like others had similar situations), we had to cancel 30 days before the contract automatically renewed. I contacted Signpost the day after their $2,000 charge appeared on my credit card, and they refused to budge. Nothing... Best to stay away from Signpost!
Answer: Dave W, it sounds like you a have a really terrible job, trying to justify the way Signpost treats clients. In my case, I'm out $2,000 with no recourse, for a one year contract that I don't want. Shame on you!
