We just signed up last week with Signpost--our account manager and everyone else we have interacted with have been knowledgeable and very accessible about everything related to their products. We went all in-- we now have digital ads, marketing campaigns, and we're already starting to see result. 6 leads came in just today! * called our company on 6/11/18, giving a random name, thought it was in regards to a customer, to get a return phone call, asked general questions when we were trying to follow up, and then became very rude when I told her we were not interested. She insisted that she would be reaching out to my manager since she said there was obviously a disconnect with me on the phone understanding what she meant, and that she already had his email address and did not need it for me. The manager/co-owner is my husband and I'll be sure to let him know.

Molly was very professional and patient with me during the onboarding process. It did not work for us.
Then when I went to cancel they said that I missed the deadline and charge me for a full year. NO PRORATION!
BEWARE! THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU EVEN IF WHEN YOU CANCEL.
UGH LOCKED IN ANOTHER YEAR FOR SERVICES THAT DONT WORK.
We have been using this company for over a year. They have driven some review for us. However, we now use a full service software that includes the services they offer so they are no longer needed. I call to cancel my service at 13 months, and they tell me that they can cancel the service but will not issue a refund for the 11 months of unused service. I couldn't stay in business if I took money from my customers for nothing in return.

I was initially pleased with SignPost even though they did not deliver on most of their promises. When they onboarded they wanted to take over my merchant services which would have been a deal breaker.
Their service changed quite a bit and they did not keep me updated of changes. They basically put my account on automation and I never heard from anyone except salespersons offering me referral fees for helping them find new clients.
When I canceled, they refused a refund. When I signed up I was assured by * that pre-paying would not prevent me from getting a refund if I followed their policies. Fair enough, I anticipated losing that discount. Now that I want out * is claiming he can not give me a refund.
I would not recommend using them. They over promise, neglect their paid accounts and will try to hold you hostage after you sign up. I found a better service that is much better, less expensive and run by people interested in helping me grow my business.

This company should fix its own reviews before offering to fix other businesses reviews, I wish I had done some more research before spending $2000 and now after a few months of service and no desirable results they will not cancel the subscription for one year or offer any refund, but I will not use the service anymore even if I'm being charged for it, they have a good sales pitch and they lie about the company they say they help to get there rating up "the example company they use when selling the service" I called that company and they have never worked with signpost, liar! If your product worked you wouldn't have to force people to stay in a contract with you and charge them for something they don't want the product would sell itself. That's what most of the companies are doing now because they believe in there product and they know it works as intended

I had been burned by many vendors, who say they can get you "out there", but nothing happens. This company has really gotten new customers and old customers to write reviews and give me ratings. I'm sure I'm not utilizing half of what they can do, but so far, I'm pleased.

At first I was skeptical of signpost as I would have been with any other company that I had never heard of. They caught my attention on the phone when they cold called me to solicit their marketing to me. I was ready to brush them off as I do to most telemarketers, however, this time I hung onto the phone call and listened. It seemed to good to be true from what they were saying they would do for me.
We decided to sign up for 6 months just to give it a shot and they have been always on time with scheduled calls to me as well as following up any problems I have had. We have had our google reviews incredibly increased and couldn't be more pleased. This has been a true asset added to our company.

A couple of days after signing on with Signpost, they told me if I cancelled, I'd have to pay for half of the year's subscription. I was shocked. So, I decided to start using the system. Three months later, I haven't seen anything fruitful from it. I have decided to cancel and warn anyone considering it to stay away from it.

Answer: A contract is reuired, you must pay up front, and they will not allow you to cancel. Stay away!
Answer: Signpost takes a lot of work to reap any benefits; it's not as easy as the pushy sales staff would have you believe. The real problem occurs when you try to leave. They require payment up front (in our case one year), and will not refund anything when you cancel. This is a very shady company, and I would recommend staying away!

They bill you in advance, will not refund what they have billed (even if you quit using the service), and make it very difficult to cancel. Answer: Good luck John. You will have to endure a long sales pitch from a very pushy sales associate. In our case (sounds like others had similar situations), we had to cancel 30 days before the contract automatically renewed. I contacted Signpost the day after their $2,000 charge appeared on my credit card, and they refused to budge. Nothing... Best to stay away from Signpost!
