I moved from one state to another and was discouraged as I tried to re establish myself as a massage therapist. All of the clients I left behind were wonderful at referring their friends to me. In the new location no one knew me and I had no way to set myself apart from the hundreds of other massage therapists. I use signpost this year. They changed my business phone in order to mintor customers calls. First couple of month, my listing on Yelp drop down very behind because info change, but now run back. Hope it stay there or run up. Anyway, they take action very quick when you order some posts on social media like promotion.

Signpost has far exceeded our expecatations thus far! During the two months we've used them we've gained 45 five star reviews on Google, which we were able to selectively point reviews to, and north of a hundred (all 5 star) feedback submissions, which helps me know we're doing a great job. We also love the ability to create contact lists and campaigns for targeted marketing, service updates, and event notifications. They've provided an amazing tool that we've only dipped our toes into but have already seen amazing results with. The customer service has been phenomenal from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!

Here's what I know. I signed up, but cancelled right away within 24 hours. 2nd month now they continue to ding my credit card for $299 in spite of me cancelling their service. This is behavior that is normal for scam operations that only want your money and don't give you the service you deserve.
Palm Beach Pool Doctor (Adam Armstrong) has done a great job caring for our pool. Adam is conscientious and very thorough. He truly cares about doing a good job and promptly communicates any concerns he sees. For example, he recently suspected a leak. Sure enough, we had one. The pool balance was a mess and he knew just what to do to make it clear enough to repair. We would recommend Palm Beach Pool Doctor to anyone needing pool care.
* called our company on 6/11/18, giving a random name, thought it was in regards to a customer, to get a return phone call, asked general questions when we were trying to follow up, and then became very rude when I told her we were not interested. She insisted that she would be reaching out to my manager since she said there was obviously a disconnect with me on the phone understanding what she meant, and that she already had his email address and did not need it for me. The manager/co-owner is my husband and I'll be sure to let him know.

Signpost contacted me today. The representative lied to my lady that answers the phone about the nature of his call. He lied to me about the nature of his call. How on earth can you specialize in "helping" company's manage their online reputation by telling lies about the nature of your call or the premise for your call? Maybe this tactic is ok with some people. Around here we do not take kindly to that sort of thing. We believe well founded relationships are built on mutual trust and respect. Not impressed with signpost. If they are this liberal with the truth when getting or trying to get to know you... how will they be when you really need them and there is a problem?
I signed up for Signpost a couple of months ago, and I started seeing results right away. They have helped double my reviews on Yelp, and have been helping me to create a google+ site so they can help me get even more reviews. They are great to work with!

My two companies are two months into using signpost to attract reviews on Google and Yelp. We have over 4000 customer e-mails that are being contacted in batches of 75 or so for reviews. While we have gotten three dozen or so signpost responses, we have only received one Google review. We were assured based upon the shear number of customer e-mails we had in our database that we could expect to receive between 50 and 80 combined reviews on Google and Yelp. In addition, I was told that the initial e-mail to our customers was to simply ask, yes or no, did you have a good experience. I have since found out that my customers receive a request to review our company on Signpost then if that response is positive another request is sent to review on Google or Yelp. Obviously customers do not want to do two reviews. I still have 10 months to find out if Signpost will come through as advertised but thus far I would rate them as a complete waste of money.

Signpost continues to surprise me with their level of customer care. Their team is responsive, helpful, and often go out of their way to draft suggested email campaigns or ads - stuff that they are not paid to produce - in order to help me best utilize their services.

The sales people are very arrogant. Don't specifically answer questions and then try to tell you that you should commit to a 6 or 12 month contract without doing any due diligence before you commit. Hubris!
Then when I started to express my frustration with the sales person (who was, based upon her demeanor and language, just out of college), so got huffy and actually said our call was not a "sales" call. At that point I lost it and said that if she didn't think she was trying to sell me anything, she didn't know what she was talking about... but it gets better. Then she warned me that if I didn't accept her premise and basically start agreeing with everything she said (not in so many words, but that was the implication) that she was going to hang up the phone. I told her, "have a nice day young lady" and hung up.
Avoid like the plague.
Sounds like a typical startup trying to sell people some services they can mostly do by themselves using other technology.
Signpost has always done what the promise to do. I have gained a lot of great positive feedback and reviews through them to help grow my business. Their site is easy to navigate and easy to change things on. I love that I can set up reoccurring coupons for my clients and how easy it is to create new promotions.
Lauren Shapiro, who is my case manager (?) I really don't know what her official title is but she is great. She keeps in touch with me and will spend a lot of time on the phone with me brain storming promotional titles since I am not very creative. This is definitely not the company that is going to sign you up and forget about you. They want success for your business and they are incredibly friendly people!
My title review says it all. In addition, Signpost delivers what they promise. Results were immediate once we initiated the campaign. All I had to do is provide an email list of my customers. My account representative Talia, is awesome. She is always just a phone call away. By comparison, Signpost is the only company that I recommend.
Alex has been fantastic to work with. I am super pleased with the follow ups and feel, even though we have only been going with you for a little over a month, that you are vested. I was hesitant initially to sign on with Signpost because I had tried other types of online marketing like Dex's "web based marketing plan" and had very bad experience. I am excited to see what happens when all of the pieces are in place and running smoothly.
Just had a call from one of these gals who wanted to know more about our company. We said, "Go online and read about us, anything you wanna know is on the Internet"! Didn't wanna do that, wanted us to just tell them over the phone. We explained that we are very business and tried to hang up. And even as we tried to sign off, the girl persisted to justify her calling us!

Answer: A contract is reuired, you must pay up front, and they will not allow you to cancel. Stay away!
Answer: Signpost takes a lot of work to reap any benefits; it's not as easy as the pushy sales staff would have you believe. The real problem occurs when you try to leave. They require payment up front (in our case one year), and will not refund anything when you cancel. This is a very shady company, and I would recommend staying away!
Answer: Dave W's [Signpost Rep] above, is a classic example of the problem with Signpost; you can't just cancel the service. They bill you in advance, will not refund what they have billed (even if you quit using the service), and make it very difficult to cancel. Answer: Good luck John. You will have to endure a long sales pitch from a very pushy sales associate. In our case (sounds like others had similar situations), we had to cancel 30 days before the contract automatically renewed. I contacted Signpost the day after their $2,000 charge appeared on my credit card, and they refused to budge. Nothing... Best to stay away from Signpost!
Answer: Dave W, it sounds like you a have a really terrible job, trying to justify the way Signpost treats clients. In my case, I'm out $2,000 with no recourse, for a one year contract that I don't want. Shame on you!
