I bought an item that was faulty. I emailed Showpo about it and they emailed me straight back. They have been so helpful and very understanding. I would buy from them again, regardless of the faulty item, because they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thankyou! Kindness goes a long way.
Let me start by saying that, I contacted the customer service department on a weekend and they replied back! I was shook to be honest but I felt a sense a relief that someone was there answering me. All of the girls who helped me out were just Amazing! I was able to ship my return and got my refund expedited just in time to re order my blouses! Thank you for the excellent service I can not wait to receive my order and tell my friends of this amazing shop thank you again

My product fit perfectly and was exactly how the picture looks. Had shipping issues but customer service was prompt in responding and correcting issue and I received my product on time. 100% will be shopping here again
The site has very cute clothes, however, I was not impressed with the quality. Paying almost $60/dress I expect a higher quality. I ordered 4 dresses and 2 didn't workout. The returns are for store credit only, so beware! When I sent the two items back, they only refunded me $30 at first. It was until I had to char with customer service did they refund the other one. Then I tried to buy a different dress with the store credit and remaining balance on my card, and the order failed, yet my store credit was taken away and the card was still charged. It took DAYS of emailing back and fourth before it finally got resolved.

I've brought from Showpo a few times, but feel compelled to give a review because I've just had the most amazing customer service from them. I had a broken zipper (yeah that's not ideal, but it happens) in the dress I just bought. I called them and they helped me straight away. I already have the new replacement dress in time for my event.

I ordered my dress on the night of black friday and had some issues with it. The team only responded to me the week after even though it was stated that their customer happiness would get back to me within 24 hours. However, they replied me on monday and subsequently very responsive. Jack was very patient in dealing with the issues I had :)
You get what you pay for! Showpo has the best quality clothing for any online boutique. They also have great customer service. I have never had any issues. One thing I truly appreciate most is the size range. It is so difficult to find online clothing TRUE TO SIZE that fit women XL and on. They include many sizes for a lot of their clothing options and the fit is right on.

I live outside of Australia so email was my only way of communicating with showpo. They were very understanding and worked efficiently to answer and accommodate all my questions. Very good customer service.

I have always ordered my clothes through Showpo, untill recently I ordered a dress and it didn't turn up. It took me about a day to get onto someone and finding the correct contact number and email was tricky. However, once I was able to speak with someone, my issue got sorted super fast! The girls I spoke to wear helpful and lovely aswell and traced my order up as soon as they could.
I love showpo! Also because it's the only place where I get buy plus size clothing that is beautiful and age appropriate!
I was worried because I read a lot of reviews about this site being a scam but my shipment came in today and I love what I got! It's exactly what I ordered! The skirt was a tad loose but I still love it! Awesome. The customer service is great too. Very quick response. Will order again

I've been buying from Showpo for a while now and I have to say it's my favorite clothing store ever! I have to keep myself from going on the website too often or else i'd be broke because everything is stunning! I just wore their "one for the money" dress to a wedding and i got so many compliments! Not to mention their team is so sweet! They offered me a discount code because i mentioned on social media how much i loved them! Xo
I contacted Showpo about a speedy exchange on a product that was too big (my fault). They went out of their way to ensure I had my store credit as soon as possible, so I could order another product before my size sold out.
I also used five Showpo dresses for my bridesmaids last year and they looked fantastic. All my girls were super happy with their dresses and have worn them exhaustively again and again!
I couldn't recommend Showpo highly enough (and I'm usually distrustful of online stores).

Worst site ever. Everything is overpriced for what you get. I ordered a dress and had to return it because the top of the dress was cut so awkward nothing was covered. I had to pay a return fee to get store credit. So to use that money i ordered a pair of heels and the construction of the shoe is so off that even a shoe with a block heel feel uncomfortable. I checked the tags everything is made in china. They are overcharging for what they sell. Not even worth one star

The team at Showpo has never let me down. I had a query about the amount of store credit I still had so I submit a question to the built in assistant on the website and I had my answer very soon after. Your customer service is easily the best I have had online. Keep up the great work!

I will often buy from showpo, sometimes the sizes can be a little off but exchanging for another size is really easy. The only problem is with their same day delivery. Lately when paying for the 4 hour delivery I will rarely receive it on that day. Customer service has always been helpful in refunding me for the delivery charge but I think from now on I won't bother with same day delivery.

I ordered a bottle of self tanning foam. The item was damaged during shipping, lid was off and a good bit of the product leaked out. I emailed Showpo and sent pictures. I received a response the same day offering a full refund, replacement item, or 120% store credit. I chose the store credit and it was applied to my account immediately. This company obviously values its customers. I highly recommend and will continue to shop :)

The clothes didn't work out for me so I sent it back- there was some misinformation on my part but the customer service team got back to me in a timely manner and went above and beyond expectations. Although the clothes didn't suit me, the experience I had with their service team has encouraged me to order from them again :)
