They hide location and dresses are of poor quality. If you leave in Europe, don't buy from this store. The return policy is terrible and clothes sizes are not what they show. Spent 150€ on a dress i didnt even wear(return fee was 60€). WHAT A SCAM!
Bought three beautiful things from Showpo and unfortunately two of them weren't my style. The returns process is so easy and convenient, and although i had a small hiccup with it the customer service was fast to respond and very positive and sorted it out for me within an hour! A++

It's always my go to place to shop these days for any events I may have coming up.
Like anywhere sometimes what we purchase may not sit as well as we like (could be shorter than we realised or the girls might be really on display) but there's never any dramas if I need to return something!

This romper is super sexy yet very comfortable! The material is great quality which I was nervous about at first after ordering but I love it. Its a little big up top so I will be getting it altered but I cant wait to wear it at my bridal shower! I will definitely be ordering from Showpo again.

I cannot stress how amazing Showpo is!
I purchased 5 items- they were a little late in the shipping but went out of there way to send me an email to advised me what had happened!
One of my items was also shipped separately which was a little disappointing but when I contacted them they explained it was on the way and it arrived the next day.
I recently had a problem with my store credit from a previously returned item, not showing when l logged in to my account. Sophia was really helpful and replied to my question and sorted my issue within the hour. Thanks again.
Super stylish with quick delivery. The items received were pretty accurate to the modelled images on their site in terms of appearance and material. Customer service was quick to respond and super polite. Overall, it was a great online shopping experience.
I didn't originally like the dress that I bought from the website, but after really efficient and polite communication, I was able to make an arrangement with the company that worked out perfect for me. 5/5 great customer service and friendliness.

Showpo is great as it offers a lot of fashionable clothing in all sizes. Quality is not as great as it used to be and sizing varies incredibly. Returns policy isn't the best however they do make it clear on what is it. Customer service has always been great and helpful. I always shop at showpo. Like any online retailer you need to make sure you read returns policy.

It's hard to give this an adequate review because half of the clothing I purchased was perfect, and the other half was terrible.
I bought a maxi dress that was so beautiful and fit so perfectly that I wore it for my engagement pictures. I also purchased 2 shirts that looked like I made them (I'm a horrendous seamstress) and wouldn't fit my 4 year old cousin they were so small.
So, if you're the gambling type, go for it-you might luck out and find something amazing! The bad news is they don't refund your money, but they do refund you store credit.

This was my first time using showpo and I have to say I'm impressed! Finally a place where a size 16 woman can get fashionable clothes and feel sexy! The clothes are beautiful and fits exactly I didn't need to order a size bigger or anything like that. I did return some bathers though as my girls weren't sitting right and showpo team have the best customer service and fast tracked my store credit so I could re-order something else in time before my girls trip to Melbourne! Definitely will be making showpo my new online favourite!
WORST customer service. I purchased multiple items and none of the items fit in a way that was remotely decent. I reached out to return the items and just like other reviews, they danced around it. Most websites have 30 days return policy for refund/store credit. No store credit offered or anything. Now I have over $200 worth of unworn clothing (2 pricey jackets) that no one in my family fits and wasted my money. The worst company, I guess this is how they make their money, ripping people off. On top of denying my return request, they offered a 10% off discount for next time I shop there, the nerve.

I had ordered a sweater and It came in completely destroyed, so I asked customer service if I could exchange it for something else. They allowed me to have 120 percent store credit. It took over a month and I had still not received any information and I had emailed 3 people and the first 2 kept saying that I would receive it in about 5 business days. And i was starting to get upset. But the 3rd consultant I spoke with said I'll issue it immediately for you and offered me a discount. Thanks so much Showpo, will definitely be shopping with you all again
Showpo have great quality outfits and even do same day deliveries! Customer service staff are always helpful and have always been prompt with a response and a can do fix it attitude, if something is the wrong size or faulty they help me organise any returns free of charge and organise store credit in a timely manner. Everything arrives within the allocated delivery times which is good and they have a great range of stuff. However one dress I received was sub par quality and I wasn't happy with it. Other than that it's a good store.

Got my first order in today and I'm beyond excited. All the items are so delicate, just as described online, and fit perfectly! There was a faulty element on one of the items that I brought to the attention of customer service and they were absolutely delightful and helpful about the situation. Within the day both Andrea and Kisa provided a great solution and I'm left very happy after the experience. Definitely will continue shopping here in the future!

Outstanding purchased 2 items but unfortunately they did not fit... I live in the US and the posting service takes longer than normal. I requested a refund as oppose to store credita and received an outstanding customer service. Will be coming back soon now that I am more familiar with the sizes.
