Clothes are amazing, great material and very comfortable. However I returned two items and it took days and days before I could resolve my issue, email multiple times and even rang. Other than that showpo is great would buy from here again.
I bought an item from the Showpo online store for my 13 year old daughter. It was too big and we wanted to return it. The customer service I experienced to go this was amazing. The team were so responsive and very helpful. In no time at all the item was returned and store credit was applied. I'm so happy with my second purchase and can't wait for my next experience shopping online with Showpo.

I really love the way they market themselves and their clothing is definitely my style. They've definitely improved on shipping internationally to the US; items used to take 2 weeks (business days) to arrive and now take 1 week (including weekends). However, where I wish they'd improve is the quality for the price. The prices are quite high for the quality (Forever21/H&M quality). While I love the majority of the clothing I've received, some of it has been see-through, too tight, too loose, rips easily, etc.

I placed an order with ShowPo and one of the items didn't fit. I filled out the info as directed on the website and sent the item back to their US returns address. After confirming that it had been delivered I had yet to see a credit, so I contacted ShowPo's customer service. Chrissy promptly responded and kindly explained it could take up to 5 weeks once delivered for the credit to be applied. But I needed to make another purchase faster than that! Once I placed another order, Chrissy refunded the money for the item back to my account so I didn't have to wait for the credit to go through. Awesome! Shipping to and from Australia is a pain no doubt, but I love ShowPo's products and Chrissy's amazing customer service insured that I remain a customer going forward. Thank you Chrissy!

I can't fault the customer service in terms of sending the product, but the sizing is absolutely ridiculous! Ordered one dress in my size that was 1-2 sizes too big I thought the sizes must be generous so let it go and got the dress altered myself, so I decided to order another dress in the same size as the first, now this dress is CLEARLY 2 sizes to small, I had a friend try said dress on who is 2 sizes smaller and she could barely get the dress zipped up. Said dress was discounted. I now know why. This is absolutely disgusting. I know km going to have a hard time trying to get a refund for this item so I'll cut my losses and make sure that everyone now knows this is an awful site. I will not be recommending again nor with I ever order.

I'll start with the good - Their shipping is very fast and I was quite impressed with that!
The bad - The dress I received last week is damaged. Not a problem as I understand things happen and assume I could at least return it since I can't even wear it. WRONG. My initial email had received one response telling me to send in my photos, which I did, and haven't heard a thing since. Why? I have emailed and sent in my photos of the faulty dress 3 times now and nobody seems to want to help me with this matter. I want a refund as I am left with a broken dress that I can't wear. I really wanted to love this online store and would really appreciate if I could get a decent customer service representative.

They don't deliver same day or even next day they "try their best" but it's not guaranteed... they just advertise it differently so beware if you need something urgently don't order here... they lie and have no integrity

Recently experienced great customer service from Customer Happiness Officer Andrea.
I had purchased the wrong size dress and was worried I might miss out on purchasing the correct size dress (dress is for my baby shower) while waiting for the dress to be received back in the warehouse and processed as a store credit.
Andrea offered the option for me to send through proof of sending the item off through the post office and fast tracked the store credit so I was able to by the correct size straight away.

Been a long time customer and have loved almost every item i've purchased! Every now and again I would need to return an item due to sizing issues but Showpo always resolves any issues within 1-2 days! <3

Charged 3 x $7.95 and was then emailed that I would have to wait for 5-7 days for a refund of the additional $15.90 taken.

I placed an order through showpo for a wedding dress and another dress. It was supposed to be delivered in 7-11 business days and never came. It took a month and me reaching out several times for them to FINALLY offer me something which ended up being a replacement order of the two dresses. Over a month from the first order I finally received my replacement and there was only one dress. When I reached out again to ask why I only had one dress they decided then that they'd tell me the other dress I ordered was out of stock instead of telling me when they sent out my order and issue me a refund. THEN I noticed the dress they sent was almost $100 cheaper than the original that I ordered and am returning and I have reached out about that and no one has responded to me. I have never had an issue like this with any company I've ordered from. This company is a nightmare and dealing with them has been a nightmare. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
I never write reviews but Showpo definitely deserves it. Their customer service is 10/10. I had to return part of my order and receive a refund and they made the process so quick and easy, not to mention they were not rude at all. I don't understand any of these negative reviews and I definitely will be returning here to shop!
I ordered two dresses on here before heading on a cruise. Even with Ebates I almost spent $100 on 2 things! 2? I'll never do that again. Now I'm trying to contact them to let them know the item was much too big, and they won't respond at all on ANY social media platform. I literally hate this. $54 for a dress? I should've known.
The only pro: their size chart is very true for US, it actually runs big. I'm normally a 12/14, but I wasn't sure about this website so I bought a 16. It's huge on me! So I guess there's the bright side.

I've been shopping with Showpo for years and have never been disappointed. Their products are reasonably priced and the quality is always great. Anytime I've had an issue (Myself making the mistake, not them) they are so prompt and friendly with fixing it ASAP.

Trying to return an item so far has taken over 6 attempts to contact. They only offer store credit (despite that being against consumer law).
Customer service team is appalling and only seem to be helpful on public forums (Facebook page and review sites) however privately in my messages, emails and chat on their site, they are rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. Never ever buying again. Ill stick to LPD and St Frock.

Received my dress and it's beautiful. Ordered a US size 8, that is my normal dress size(website suggested sizing down). Good fit, I wear a 38C bra and the bust fits just right. Material hangs beautifully. One slight hiccup, the hem isn't even, longer on front left side, will need to have it altered. Customer service is great. I needed

No refund alternative for a faulty item, and then when they have said that our store credit on my account, I see that it is not there. I emailed them about this issue, they said they had updated it. Two weeks later, I need to buy something (even though I never want to shop at this terrible place) and there's no store credit.
I order my 'Paradise Looks Dress In Khaki Linen Look', I got it within 5 days and It's awesome in chest fitting and length wise. The fabric is nice, feels comfort after wearing. You definitely will love it, give it try.
