I got my order so quickly for an international store! I had to contact customer service and the lady I spoke to was so kind, unlike most online stores that treat you like a number the customer service treats you like a friend they're wanting to genuinely help. Not to mention how cute everything I bought was, will definitely be back for more.
I was very impressed with my experience while buying from Showpo! I had a charge issue and it was resolved with the customer service team in minutes. The quality of the clothes that I received was excellent, which is very hard to come by these days!

I bought two sizes of the same dress from Showpo, both unfortunately didn't fit despite us measuring to follow the guidelines on the website. However, we were able to easily return both and spoke on the phone to April who helped us sort it out :)

I received amazing customer service from Showpo.
I wanted to exchange my item for a smaller size, as this is not something showpo can do, Emma went out of her way to try her best to achieve my needs.

Showpo always has fast shipping which I love and generally the quality is really good. Somtimes I get an item that fits me a little different and I wish thy had more descriptions eg. Material is quite dense and heavy, or material does not stretch, or more close up photos of the dresses and less where the model is pulling them out on the sides just because that's not how the dress sits when your not pulling it out on the side. But apart from those little things I love showpo
I bought a bridesmaid dress from Showpo in January 2019. Two months later I found out I was pregnant and would need a bigger size, as I will be 6 months pregnant at the wedding. Showpo was unable or unwilling to exchange for a bigger size. This is taking full advantage of the fact that I have to buy another dress because it is for a wedding. Very bad business and customer service.

We absolutely hate disappointing our customers since the core of our business revolves around our customer's satisfaction. Please keep in mind that all returns are processed as store credit but we understand that not every situation is black and white which is why we have our returns policy advertised online to enable our customer's to make an informed decision before buying. Our returns policy shows that we can accept returns within 14 days of receiving it but we could be lenient and accept up to 30 days from purchase date and that's already going above and beyond our normal process. Ordered a dress for graduation, the courier lost it in the mail or im not sure what happened. I had to order the dress again, and pay for expedited shipping that Showpo refused to compensate even though it wasn't my fault, they said it was the courier's so it wasn't their issue. They provided me credit to order the dress again (wasn't enough to cover the new price of the dress since it originally had a one-time student discount on it.) Anyways I pay for expedited shipping and it still is in Australia and is supposed to come tomorrow so no way it'll be here on time. It's my graduation dress and even though I ordered 3 weeks ago, they failed to provide me with it and will have to go find some other dress. Further when issuing the credit, it took me like 3 phone calls for it to finally show up on my account and the happiness agent kept saying it's there even though it wasn't. Extremely frustrating company, I'd stay away because you won't get your stuff in time.

I ordered three dresses from here. Beautiful dresses and material, excellent customer service and they do what they say. You will get your dress on time. A word of advice, don't ever go with Oshoplive (see my review on sitejabber). They are shocking. Stick with Showpro and you can't go wrong in any direction. There's nothing worse than finding out some low life stole your package from your front door.
It happened to me and it broke my heart and really pissed me off.
I was so worried what was going to happen when calling showpo for help and advice. I honestly thought it was going to be a $#*! fight.
BUT after talking to the most amazing lady named natasha who helped me through it and got on top of the situation really put me at ease. And I'm extremely amazed of her service and happy with the outcome.
She didn't make me feel like a bother and understood what I was going through.
She kept me up to date with aus post and how the investigation was going.
I just want to say a huge thank you to natasha and her help.
I'll definitely be back to buy again, this time I'll be sending it to work haha
I ordered from Showpo for a wedding I have coming up. I had ordered a size 16 dress which was just a little too big for me and knew the size down would fit perfect. The problem however was that the wedding was in 2 weeks. Showpo's standard procedure for exchanges is send it back wait for the store credit and re-order. I reached out to their customer service team detailing my problem that the dress would never arrive in time if I had to wait for the store credit. Bea from customer service was so helpful, i was able to begin the return process and receive the store credit before it got shipped back and order the right size dress the same day to ensure it would be there in time for the wedding. Thank you so much, will definitely be shopping here again!

I bought two dresses and everything was wrong with them: the material felt very cheap, the size was wrong, they didn't look like they did on the website. I tried to return it but they don't refund your money! They give you store credit meaning that you can only use it on their website. Absolutely ridiculous!

Been buying from Showpo for years and have never been disappointed. The quality is fantastic and the pieces are very accurate to the description and photos posted on their website. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to queries and extremely helpful. Even when I was the one who made the mistake they helped me out so that I wasn't disappointed with my experience and stuff up. Would recommend 100%. They have pieces for every occasion and fast postage is fantastic for that last minute fashion disaster or sudden event that's popped up.

I had an issue with the delivery address that was linked to my Afterpay. I quickly contacted the team via live chat and they solved the issue quickly. Less hassle and time efficient. I'm happy with the service. Not to mention their products are worth it and always a satisfaction. :)
Their clothes are super cute and sizes are pretty much very universal, but the items are fairly expensive. They take forever to ship, even if you pay for express shipping as I have, you don't get your products on time. They also DO NOT respond to customer emails, I've emailed them 2 or 3 times and have yet to get a response. The live chat does not work, or you can not find it on the website to actually try and use it. When you call the number, which I did even though it would be international and cost me even more money! The hours listed on the automated telephone message are different from the hours listed on their website, GREAT. They offer no customer service AT ALL, if you're going to spend this kind of money you can find the same pieces and WAY better service at other sites like lucy in the sky, hello molly. You suck showpo, educate yourselves on what customer service is and try to spend some of the millions you make in this area.
I just recently order from this online store, o like the quality and prices of the clothes. Also their costumers service is excellent. I had a confusion with the size I ordered 12 but the confirmation said 16. They clarify promptly!

Tried Showpony for the first time and must say that on the site the clothes look great... unfortunately when I received them I was really disappointed with the fabric quality. They honestly looked like a pile of rags. Out of the 5 pieces I ordered only one turned out to be good value for money.
My package came later than i thought it would but i got a response within minutes from my email from Jill who looked into the situation w auspost for me.
It ended up coming today anyway but still lovely customer service!

I was apprehensive about ordering from a new site and got worried when my tracking info didn't update. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately and explained that the carrier switches from carrier DHL to USPS. I was so thankful. I just got my things today and quality is amazing and they fit perfectly. It's worth it!

This was my first time shopping at showpo. My first dress was beautiful lace, good quality. It just didn't fit me, foolish me thought i could pull off a small again in my lifetime ha! I shipped it off today using return center- super easy. It said on the site they could expedite the order but I'd just need to contact them. I emailed them today! And already ordered my new dress just had to show proof i sent it off. I love this site, it wasn't like fashion nova or lulus where you get a response a couple days later. This all happened today. :)
