My package was said to have delivered when I never received anything. Frustrated, I turned to Showpo's customer service and, although it took a while to get things sorted out, they were really really nice and friendly and are down to help me with my problem. I really appreciate the effort and time they put into investigating the situation, and I am pleased with the solution they provide. This is the first time I order a dress for a wedding online and with so short notice, I unfortunately got a size that fit much too small I contacted the customer support and after sending it back received my credit immediately so I could get a different size. I absolutely recommend this online store
I has ordered the Body Language two piece set and unfortunately it did not fit so I had to send it back but in transit the parcel went missing in which showpo were still happy to give me my store credit even without them receiving the item.

I received my order from Showpo and was unfortunately unhappy with the fitting I emailed customer service about return policy etc and received great service. The person helping me was very patient, informative, kind and responded to emails quickly. I have no complaints.

I ordered two dresses my usual size and when I received them they were two sizes too small. I returned them and was only able to get a store credit ($127). I did email and ask them to reconsider refunding as I wasn't able to fit their biggest size but was told they would not refund but I'd have 12 months to use the store credit. This comment made me feel as though they were saying I had 12 months to lose some weight, so I was a little upset at that. Four months later, I see that they are now offering refunds for NZ customers. I used the Live Chat option to ask if they would refund the store credit and luckily their Accounts team obliged as a one-time courtesy.
The quality of the dresses I ordered were great! However, the sizing was off. Definitely have a look at their sizing charts and do not go off your usual size, might be a different experience for straight size ladies, but not us plus size women.

After not receiving a confirmation email of my purchase (due to an error on my end) the support team were very quick to look into the problem and helped resolve and inform me where my order was sitting. The girls were lovely to deal with and very helpful.
I purchased 2 items off Showpo - one was amazing and I was super happy with the dress (the fit, fabric, style and price!). I sent the other back through the returns process and it was so easy to follow!
When I had a question, the service team came straight back to me and had everything sorted.
Will be buying through them again and again!
Elvie from Showpo responded to my online enquiry within 30 minutes of my first email, she was lovey and I offered a great resolution. I've ordered once before and loved everything I ordered! I ordered recently for my second time and unfortunately did not receive my order, due to the delivery service. Having completely forgotten about my order, I checked my tracking and saw that it had been delivered weeks before. I contacted the customer service and was helped out by Andrea. She is so awesome! She went ahead and shipped me another of the item I ordered and with express delivery without charge! I am definitely satisfied with my purchase and their wonderful service and will continue to order with them in the future! Thank you again Andrea!

I received a faulty product and emailed Showpo to get a refund. I got an almost instant reply from a lovely Showpo babe. Showpo have a great Customer Service Team, their returns are easily processed and the delivery of their orders are always on time.
The clothes have always been of a good quality. Sometimes the sizing is a bit off, so it's best to measure before ordering.

Website still says to this day option of refund or store credit. Change your website or stop telling people something that you have advertised as untrue. Legally, you have published a refund option on your return policy so that is what I am entitled to.

I ordered a dress that didn't fit, I returned it THE NEXT DAY. Waited and waited for a notification of receiving the return and nothing. I finally decided to email, and the very next day I received store credit. I did not want store credit, I needed a refund. They reply saying the return policy is 14 days. Total bullsh***t because the returns address is in New Zealand, so it would have 100% got there within 14 days. Ruined my experience with Showpo.
Bought 2 dresses from here. The material feels really cheap. One of the dresses had a rip on it where you can see it wasn't sowed properly. The other one was too tight around the sleeves Customer service department is no help at all when it comes to returns. Will never purchase from here again. 2 dresses going to the trash.

We absolutely hate disappointing our customers since the core of our business revolves around our customers satisfaction! Our policy is that all returns are processed as store credit. You may book the return for a refund if you think that the item has a poor quality however it will still go through the returns check in process. If the item was found to have a manufacturer's fault, the refund will be processed. So disappointed. Would not accept my return even though I was within the 7 day window - had email proof of delivery date and they claim their tracking said weeks prior - which is nearly impossible.
