I've ordered from them twice now, and their service is just superb. Shipping is fast, always on time (even during COVID pandemic) and returns/exchanges are easy. High quality fabric for their clothes, the cutest styles, accurate sizing charts. But I truly appreciate their customer service—I have never been treated better as a customer. First, let me just start by saying that the "express" shipping they offer is a complete waste of money. Second, the quality of the two dresses I ordered was heinous. The first one had literal craft glitter on it and left a trail without even putting it on. Imagine spending $100+ on a dress and leaving a trail of craft glitter through a wedding. It was supposed to be gold but the glitter looked so awful. The other dress I ordered looked like a $5 dress from Rainbow. It was cotton and stretchy when the dress in the photo looked structured and almost a polyester linen blend and that was $50! I should have known better when they don't have reviews on their site. Plus, now I have to pay $10 to send it back. Never ever again. Shame on them. It took so long to get here I won't have a dress for the wedding I am attending now.

Customer service is terrible. Did not receive a response after 2 days and it was only until I messaged them via their INSTAGRAM that I received any support. Returns service in particular is questionable. They send out emails without shipping labels for you to use, and then take forever to respond. Big thanks to TOM for being the only help you could get from Showpo and fixing my issue within minutes, unlike the 'customer satisfaction team'.
Really pleased with how they handled my issue, the customer service team is very helpful, kind and polite, the store overall is outstanding with the quality of their clothes. They're one of my top 5 favourite online stores!

My daughter ordered a number of dresses and playsuits, they were all great quality and as shown on the site. I told her to keep all of them but she opted to return two and get a smaller size in another. Customer service for this process was friendly and prompt, and the initial order process and postage was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough about Showpo's customer service representative, Andrea. I emailed the information team about problems with tracking my shipment. She answered me within 5 minutes and sent me a link with new tracking information and gave me as much detail as she could to help me. I was very pleased and impressed by my experience overall!

Like most online shoppers, I enjoy adding everything that catches my attention into my cart. I noticed that the website was advertising a sale on winter items, and so of course, I begin to stock up. However, when it came to applying the coupon code and checking out, the coupon code was not valid. I contacted customer service about the issue and they were very quick to respond and was very helpful in resolving the issue.

Ordered two dresses from this boutique. One was POORLY made, Literally felt and looked like one long fabric stitched together and made in 10 minutes. That dress was a tie dress around the waist line and the "string" that was keeping the dress together was literally one thin line of string. The second dress was a little better but not by much, fabric also felt really cheap. I talked to customer service asking if there was something that could be done (refund). They said they could not and if I didn't want to use my store credit for the "refund" of these items, then I could purchase a gift card to give to a friend or family? Was really disappointed with their return policy. I have ordered with other companies that have had the same policies as this company but WOULD allow full refund for items with the exceptions of being within 14 days of returning item. DO NOT purchase Items unless you are ready to NOT get your money back, just in case your items are not what you want/fit, etc.
It was my first time ordering through Showpo and being in the US I was unsure of the difference in sizing. A couple things didn't fit, and although I missed the 14 day return window, Wendy helped me get store credit so I could get some more super cute items! Love the service and the clothes :) Great quality items as well!

I've ordered from here three times. The first time I ordered a dress which fit very well, very slightly altered. I was very happy with my purchase. The second time I received a jacket that was supposed to be a small but it was gigantic and the arm holes/arm length was super tiny! I received a top with slightly short arms as well but that wasn't a big deal. The return shipping was way too much and I received it for Christmas so by the time I got it I can't return these items. Recently, I ordered a dress which looked spectacular online. Unfortunately, the sides of the dress bulge out where the hips are supposed to be but since I'm 5'8" that part falls on my waist creating a "love handle" of material. Overall, the clothes here are so cute but the unpredictable sizing + shipping makes me think it's not worth it.

Ordered a dress and read all the reviews of sizes and looked at their sizing chart to make sure I got the right size, but it was WAY to small. The bottom half of the dress fit as it was a wrap around but didn't even slightly cover my bra, it was just wide open. I didn't realize it was return for store credit only so I am extremely disappointed. I needed the dress for military event and now I have to go searching for a new one while eating the cost of this one.
I had an issue with my store credit not appearing on my account. I sent an email to customer service over the Thanksgiving/Black Friday weekend. I heard back the same day, and had my store credit on my account only a few hours after! Super fast considering how busy they must have been. Love shopping at Showpo!
Theres nothing more frustrating then ordering the wrong thing and thinking I wouldnt get my money back! Thankfully, showpo customer service contacted me back immediately when I emailed them what had happened and offered me a few different suggestion for what I could do! They were professional and personable in helping me and My needs were met above and beyond.

This company is a scam, I never order from them again. They charge you $20 for return label fee & when they send you a return label which is wrong so your items get lost in the mail. Customer service is rude & irresponsible. Their website doesn't work properly. I had to contact them 10 times to get a return label since their website return page wasn't working. Absolutely horrible. They can't sell in US with this level of poor customer service. Never again.

I like the styles they have to offer... I DO NOT like the overpriced items and the low quality items that you get in return. I literally have found, exact items on different sites for way way less and with very good quality. It's honestly shocking. Showpo hardly has coupon offers or allows the use of coupons either. The shipping is terribly slow even when you pay for the fastest shipping possible. WHAT A SCAM COMPANY.

I had ordered a dress from Showpo that ended up not fitting. When I reached out to their associates in both the live chat on their website and via their customer service email address, they were so friendly and helpful! With their help I was able to order the dress in the correct size and get the original purchase refunded. They were so quick and helpful. I really appreciated their amazing customer service.

Took my money and then claimed it was in customs and the only way they could get it to me was by giving the my FULL social security and a copy of my driver license! I refused to and then randomly it appeared weeks later! When I returned the items that were poorly made they said they hadn't received my package which I sent out 3 weeks earlier! I am now out over $1,000. Thankfully I didn't give this company my social security!

I had been taking care of this matter for you and pushing for your parcel to be released from being held as you were not comfortable providing that information that the courier company was initially asking for. Having placed such a large order the company had required certain documentation due to legalities in the US, it was not Showpo that required this information. As they were able to release your parcel for delivery we were so glad however as you have wished to return them I outlined our return process which involves sending the items back to our US address so that it is cost effective for you rather than shipping it all the way back to Australia. From there we ship it back here ourselves to cover that cost however we hope you can understand this process would take a few weeks due to the operations involved. I did provide you with these estimated time frames and state we would email you once it was processed in Australia and as it had just arrived not too long ago to our US warehouse we had not contacted you as it is not complete. Amazing service. From shipping to the customer service team getting back to me within 15 mins of emailing. I had a few issues with sizes and had to return some things and I have never had something be so easy and syaff be so helpful.
