I finally bought a bunch of clothes from Showpo in December. Unfortunately the fit on some of the dresses didn't suit me. I returned them and was able to track the courier. There was a period where my refund wasn't processed in the advised time frame, but on the same day I contacted them about it, they processed it immediately. Makes a nice change from other websites that take ages, that aren't transparent and have bots as customer service. Really appreciate it.

I had a mishap on the size of my dress that I needed for a wedding next month. Despite the usual shipping/return policies Showpo worked with me to get me my refund on the dress before it arrived back to them so I could reorder my dress in the right size right away with store credit. Extremely helpful and would shop with them again in the future!

I purchased two dresses from Showpo. They were received in a timely manner, packaged well and in great condition.
I returned one dress as it unfortunately didn't suit my body shape, but the other one was perfect.
I used the option to pay for my return shipping in order to get the money refunded to my bank account instead of receiving a store credit. I then received an email to say that my return was successfully received and my store credit was now available. Exactly what i didn't want. Emailed explaining that I had paid for my shipping as I wanted the money refunded, and then had to explain why I had returned my item (even though it asks you that when you return select to return the goods). Took about 5 emails, but am getting my money actually refunded.
If the refund hadn't of been such a muck around i would have given 5 stars.

When I emailed them to return it - they said not refunds. DO NOT SHOP - refund policy not visible through Instagram and product revolting.

Dress clasp was broken upon delivery, clasp fell off of dress. Emailed Showpo with supporting image, staff were friendly and responded quickly, providing multiple options to resolve situation. I ended up deciding on 50% credit for next purchase :)

I purchased 4 items of clothing on the 4th,
3/4 of these was perfect, amazing quality and perfect fit!
There was just an issue with the 4th item however I was amazed at how quick they were able to help and resolve the issue, I sent an email and within minutes a customer service agent was able to assist me and we sorted it out.
