The customer service team is outstanding! Also quick responses and they are always happy to sort out any problems. Shipping is so quick and the quality of the clothing is incredible!

Unlike most other online retailers, Showpo don't give refunds but rather store credits if you have to return an item.

My first ever purchase was a backless dress that was actually see through at the bodice. Their text description did say no lining however their studio lighting and photo editing did not show this reality. So I purchased in good faith. Online right - so how can I see the quality until it arrives? It's false advertising!

I don't want to purchase poor quality items so want my money back not a store credit. Not possible. Their customer service said they were "super sorry" and "could I take a photo of the problem?". Ok sure, let me get the dress back, that I've already returned to you, so you can see my breasts through the material?

Overall a terrible first experience. I don't want to have to deal with them again but alas, I have this stupid store credit. So annoying and disappointing.

I don't recommend shopping with them when there are so many better online retailers around who refund no questions asked.

I never write reviews but Showpo definitely deserves it. Their customer service is 10/10. I had to return part of my order and receive a refund and they made the process so quick and easy, not to mention they were not rude at all. I don't understand any of these negative reviews and I definitely will be returning here to shop!

Unfortunately most of the clothing here does not fit me as a large girl but I returned the items purchased and was able to get a full refund without a few days, return shipping was very fast also.

I have never ordered from showpo I'm not one to order online but found a dress and liked it but when I received even thou the quality was amazing, it it just wasn't for me. A quick email to the team and quick reply by the customer service and I received a store credit and was able to order another dress for my baby shower.

The "Happiness Team" is amazing. Their responses are fast and they will always do their best to make the customer happy. I asked for a refund which is against their policy but after talking to upper management they approved it and have been so patient and understanding. Showpo clothes are pretty hot and miss size wise for me but their customer service makes me wish i had better luck. Highly highly recommend :)

My daughters and I order from Showpo frequently but we recently had a shipping issue on two separate orders due to our profile having an insufficient address. Showpo's rep replied to my email right away with valid tracking numbers and instructions. Unfortunately, due to the address issue, USPS told me there was no way we would receive either order and both were being returned to sender. My daughter went back to college in need of clothing items for various events and, despite the address mistake probably being our own fault, Showpo's rep Eric (after confirming the order info and return tracking of course) put a store credit on my daughter's profile so we were able to reorder all of the items to be received just in time to make a difference! I was so pleased that they cared enough to answer so quickly and resolve the problem for us. Not to mention the items we have received from Showpo in the past have all met or exceeded our expectations. So I'd love to say "Well Done" to Showpo for having quality products and for training their reps well and a special shout out to Eric for going above and beyond to help us! We will continue to order from this company at every opportunity.

I was very impressed with my experience while buying from Showpo! I had a charge issue and it was resolved with the customer service team in minutes. The quality of the clothes that I received was excellent, which is very hard to come by these days!

I received two gorgeous dresses great quality, unfortunately one didn't fit so I sent it back and April from Showpo customer service was really helpful with this, and it was also the quickest and most efficient customer service I have had from a brand. Would definitely recommend Showpo!
